Sadly, Very Poor today! We waited to get to the counter and were then told we would have to order off the computer Kiosk. We could not order at the counter. Food took quite long to get to our table. When we got it - no drink cups, & we're then rudely told, we're supposed to get our own cups at the counter ( which we had been sent away from)... And that our order screen already told us that! We need to read the screen when we order!... We didn't get our coffee either & we finally went to the counter to get it and it was sitting there cold. The Manager said they didn't know what table to bring it to... They got us a new one, but forgot the cream we ordered. Oh well... no biggie... We got the wrong toy in one of the five Happy meals. The kiosk is not easy for a first-timer to correctly order eight meals, including multiple Happy meals, where you can't order a meal on a single screen but have to go to like 3 different screens. I accidentally ordered an extra happy meal and drink by mistake but that's okay I paid for it no complaint because I did it. I've never had a problem at this McDonald's before, & buy there fairly often. I don't think there would have been a problem if they had only taken our order at the counter as they always have before. This ended up being a frustrating, rude, and poor experience for me, but the grandkids...
Read moreI put a mobile app order in and came to the drive through to pick it up and the girl on the speaker was EXTREMELY rude. It surprised me because I had done nothing to make her act like that. Mobile app orders should be easy and quick and this was anything but that. I gave the girl my code and she was rude from the get go. She said “hold on” came back and started asking me what was on the order. I started listing items off from my order and I saw she was putting in the order in the screen. So I said I was confused and if the order had not gone through? She snapped at me and said “look I have to put the order in again because it didn’t come through and you’ll get refunded” I responded and said she should explained that from the beginning and she came back very rudely saying “well I’m explaining it now”. I decided to pull off without the order and canceled it on the app. I’ve never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s so it’s a shame that I was treated very poorly without reason this time. The girl definitely shouldn’t be interacting...
Read moreI always feel put out here. You HAVE to order through a kiosk or via mobile order so no one greets you or acknowledges you at any point. If you plan to pay with cash, it's a whole other ordeal. 3 areas at the counter look like you may get service, 2 with registers, both with signs basically saying you won't be getting help there; one says CLOSED while the other says something about using the kiosk or mobile app. The 3rd is a pick up area for mobile and doordash orders. When a worker FINALLY speaks to you and you can get service, they have always been pleasant (I always get an older lady) and pretty quick with my order. -Also an always correct order fulfillment, btw... The lot is usually decently clean, but there IS always trash somewhere on the grounds. I guess overall, I'd rate it higher for what it is-fast food if there were a welcoming atmosphere when old school people like me choose to- Dare I say- WALK into a McDonald's and try to order food then pay...
