Chuck went above and beyond to help my mother update her iPad, and his kindness throughout the process was truly remarkable.

Read moreI've had a rough few months, going through a divorce, having to do things like set up a new phone line that may seem simple, but it's something I've never done before. This store is spotless, everybody who works there was very professional and extremely helpful. I primarily spoke with Kevin and let me tell you that guy is absolutely fantastic. He took this horrible awful situation that I'm going through and seemed to understand that I needed a little more help than most of his customers probably do.
He walked me through all of my options, he didn't try to sell me on anything, found out exactly what I needed and found me the best price for what I needed. Little things like "this is the name-brand of this thing that you need, but this one is just as good and a little bit cheaper" stuff like that really made a difference. He was so comfortable to talk to you and so helpful it made this whole experience that I was dreading absolutely delightful for me. I left T-Mobile that day not feeling like I was talking to some salesman but to somebody that actually put in the effort and felt more like a friend. I have a new phone everything that I need to keep it going and nothing that I don't lol. Read moreWent in to switch from Metro to Tmobile. Was told of a promotion, 600 off IN STORE for up to 4 lines. Awesome. Was told it will have high speed tethering(it doesn't, it's 3g which barely exists around here and doesn't work on ANY device tethered to it). Got 2 phones that day and just went in for the 3rd and 4th phones today only to be told that I'll have to pay full price for one, and almost 400 for the other after 1200 in 'discounts' on two 499 phones. The 'discount' is falsely advertised as IN STORE, but it's actually only given in very small amounts over 2 years. What a scam. You are also limited on how much of the discount is usable without a down payment. You are financing the full price of each phone, with the discount being what 'pays' for it over time. SCAM. Lures you in with false advertising only to hose you later.
Lies from all employees and not even remotely helpful with any issues. My ported number works but when I call or text it's a different number that pops up for people. Sometimes it's the old ported number and others it's this new weird number. I called customer service and was told I'm sol and they dont know what the issue is.
