I work for doordash and I was at the store to pick up 2 orders. The guy who was answering phones and helping customers eventually told me that they were not taking doordash orders and that I needed to call the customers and have the customers cancel their orders. First, it is the job of the merchant to cancel orders when they are in the doordash network. Second, I should not have to give customers expecting their food, the news that the restaurant they are ordering from will not complete their order. Third, I do not receive any money if the customers cancel their orders even though I was at the restaurant and ready to take the orders to Mr. Cheng's customers. I did call the customers and they were very upset. The second customer told me they called Mr Cheng's to find out which delivery service they could use, and were told to use doordash. They wasted time trying to get food the way the restaurant told them to order, only to have the restaurant refuse to make their food when it was ordered. I reported them to doordash and expect them to no longer be part of the doordash network, but I will personally never go back to today store because of their poor customer service to their customers and to me, a person delivering their food to...
Read moreUpdated review! Well this establishment declined!! Either they are ignorant or purposefully give you what you don't order. This last time was the final straw. Ordered a side of lo mein and 6 - 2 oz ramekins of sweet and sour sauce. Came home with a small dinner of lo mein and 6 LARGE SOUP BOWLS of sweet and sour sauce that cost us $9.00 for sides of sweet and sour sauce and $4.50 for the extra dinner that was supposed to be a side add on. Furious when we opened the bag of what we expected was food. Last time we ordered I got a completely different meal. Not even worth calling to complain. These people are incompetant or swindlers and we will not be back. Anyone need any sweet and sour sauce...we have a gallon now!
Previous review that no longer rings true- This is a favorite for our family. And the price can't be beat especially when the...
Read moreThis is my first time. The staffs are from Malaysia(south Asia), no wonder they are much more friendly than most restaurants. They can customize what u like. ((Spring roll)) is surprisingly not greasy, tasty freshly made, more Asian taste, different from most American Chinese restaurant. ((Hot and sour soup)) is Asian flavor also. Healthier cooking style, not too greasy and salty. Also save u expensive flying tickets and troubles to try real Asian food. But American Chinese food, has its strong part. Teriyaki chicken has special red color and flavor. The main meal is ok, definitely will have to go back to find out something I like more. Update, Mongolian beef is really good❤️, fried dumplings is not bad, also more...
