Everytime I’ve been here it’s been just a mess. Today was the final straw. Online specials for game today however their online system is down. So i called corporate and corporate said to walk in with the store and they will honor it. Walked into the restaurant and they said they don’t know if i was telling the truth. I tried calling corporate back but it was a long wait all over again. I asked to speak to a supervisor or at least the name of a supervisor and they told me there was no supervisor on duty and they can’t give me a name of any manager because that is “personal information” i just asked for a first name only. Anyways as a former restaurant owner myself i am aware of the law that at least someone should be assigned as an acting supervisor or person in charge in the case of a manager stepping out but at all times in a food establishment there should be some kind of manager. The young man assured me there was no supervisor or acting supervisor or person in charge what’s so ever. But the fact there was no manager or supervisor at all is illegal according to the department of business and regulations and it definitely explains the terrible customer service that everyone gets at this location! I have never seen a corporate chain restaurant ran this way. The other locations i have never seen this issue. I hope the owner of this place sees this review and shame on you for not delegating any manager or supervisor person in charge to ensure compliance with health regulations. I have the whole conversation recorded and i will be filing a complaint with the department of business and regulations and the department of health and code...

The story: I ordered online about a half hour ahead of time for pickup. I arrived at 6:22 for a 6:15 pickup time and my deep dish pizza and stuffed cheesy bread were not ready. I was told it would be 8-10 minutes. About 10 minutes later I received my pizza and the wrong sauce. Unfortunately the toppings were wrong. After informing the cashier they stared at my blankly and then presumably a manager started checking my receipt to verify what I was saying. Then after pushback they made me a new one. 15 minutes later I got my pizza and cheesy bread. Had to ask yet again for the correct sauce with my order. They did at least throw in a free 20 oz soda for my time. I guess they value my time at about 5 dollars an hour.
Upon getting home the pizza box was closed on my pizza messing it up and it turns out the cheesy bread isn't even cooked-thats not melted cheese...

When I went inside to explain i would like some fresh ones made or my money back they told me it would be a 10 min wait, which I agree to. I waited in line to pay for a gatorade for my son and when It was my turn. The lady looked behind me and said " I can help who is next" I told her I wanted to buy this gatorade and would like to use Samsung pay she told me they only have apple so I went to my car to get my card and wait back in line.
