Gave us the wrong order and when we tried to knock on the door one of the workers kept aggressively shaking her head NO and waving her hands as in a “no. LEAVE!” way. Finally someone came to the door stating they’re closed (yeah OKAY yet we were JUST in line so obviously we weren’t trying to order - just get out ORDER CORRECT) We were then told to gk BACK AROUND IN LINE and WAIT OUR TURN! When we finally got to the window they had Alreadyhad our correct order but couldn’t just hand it to us 10 minutes prior through the front door. As we’re driving away the bull-dog looking girl who originally was saying “no leave” with hand-gestures was standing next to the person who handed us our correct order and kept giving my wife and I DIRTY LOOKS AND GLARING AT MY WIFE. My wife then said “You got a dirty look on your face inside a locked building. How about meet me outside in the parking lot and we’ll see if you still have that look on your bull-dog face!” It was hilarious! Read moreThey just can't get it right. If it's a regular cone you are wanting then you might be in luck but there isn't any traing to make other DQ offerings such as blizzards correctly. We have tried several different occasions and the only good experience was with the day crew on Wednesday. Tonight they took back two blizzards they made incorrectly and handed them to the staff in the back who removed the spoons we had used to eat out of our blizzards with and attempt to fix the blizzards adding ice cream and blending them again. This didn't fix the issue at all since it was made wrong from the start. NO product should ever go back over the counter once given to a customer let alone go back in food prep area and be put back on a blender. We will never return. The drive to the DQ on US1 is worth getting a great product and not having to worry about...
Read moreterrible service from rebecca. me and my boyfriend waited at the ordering screen for so long that we pulled up to the window to receive attitude from this lady and making excuses that it was because his big truck doesn’t show up on their screen as a car. first of all, i’ve been to many dairy queen’s and worked in a starbucks drive through that uses the same system and this is untrue. she then proceeded to say the “triple chocolate brownie” is not an item on the menu when i’ve ordered it numerous times. then she says “oh… the triple brownie?” as if i hadn’t literally said those words in a different order?? seriously, I didn’t treat people like this as a barista at starbucks and much less a nurse now. respect your customers.
