THANKSGIVING DAY TURKEY RIP-OFF---Today is Thanksgiving! I would have more to be thankful for if the West Jumbo Supermarket store on Lake Worth road near Jog Road in Lake Worth Florida didn't rip us off on a Turkey dinner for 15 people ON THANKSGIVING DAY that was promised to us by a sub manager named Vivian for already providing bad service to us a few days ago! I went to pick up the turkey at 11 AM today to serve my 15 people and the turkey was the size of a small chicken.When I complained to the head store manager named Flilipo he told me too bad! I explained to him that it was supposed to serve 15 people in one hours time and he said I know what Vivian promised to you and your going to have to be happy with what I decided to give to you and I don't care about your 15 people. I then told Flilipo that his actions were hurting a lot of people on Thanksgiving Day and I have never in my life had such bad customer service from anyone! I then left the store!

People should know about this experience with this horrible head manager Flilipo at Jumbo Supermarket In Lake Worth Florida! Now I will be extremely embarrassed to show up with this tiny turkey to the group of 15 people it is supposed to serve and feed! I hope that the readers in here have a much better Thanksgiving with their friends and family members! God bless you all and thanks for reading this post!

I URGE ALL ECO minded people not to shop at Jumbo Supermarkets! Jumbo no longer allows people to bring in their own permanent bags to pack their groceries in to prevent the horrible pollution of billions of throwaway plastic bags that also kill birds, fish and other wildlife! They actually took my bags away from me at the door. This is amazing to me and when I nicely asked them why they would do this, they just told me that it's just they way it is, I could use plastic or I could shop elsewhere! Now I will shop elsewhere! I have also had problems with Jumbo refusing to take back food that was spoiled far before the expiration date on the product. I recommend shopping at the many cost savings Bodegon and Presidente Hispanic supermarkets in Palm Beach County...

My visit here was really good! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Specially the girl who helped me at the counter where you pick your meal from the selection of cooked food they have there. Today I got white rice 🍚 which was amazingly good! I am a huge i mean huge rice lover! And the plain white rice I got today was just soo good! Then for my 2 sides I picked deep fried plantains and boiled yuka with onions. Finally for my meat I got this spaghetti that they had there, it was in this red creamy sauce with nice good size shrimp in it. And yess it was amazing! It tasted soo good! So what I decided to do was take the yuka and the plantains put them aside. Then I mixed the pasta with the white rice, and oh boy! Did I create a master piece of meal once I did that... It turned out to be just incredibly great tasting! Soo yea I'm deff way more then happy with my visit there today and the meal I got there as well!

I will mention though that besides the pasta I that I ended up getting, the other options were really good as well! I mean I can't tell you for sure that they tasted good becuase I didn't taste them. But judging by the way they looked and also just by how good the pasta I did get was. I am more then certain that the other options were most deff great tasting as well!

So yes overall I am way beyond very happy and satisfied with my visit here today and will most deff be coming back for some of that great food they have there. And I highly do recommend that anyone visits this place when they're trying to pick up some food to take home for dinner or just any type of meal whatsoever! I garantee that you'll be extremely satisfied with whatever you get...

I sent my husband to buy tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, and coyote but my husband ended up forgetting the bag that had the 3 eggplant in them so when he came home, I said where's the eggplant he said omg I paid for them I left them I'll be right back so he call me from the store telling his calling the police because they won't give him the eggplant?? They said if you leave anything behind it isn't their responsibility? Unbelievable?? To make matters worse they weigh the eggplant again and said it doesn't match what he paid for??? Unheard of??? I have NEVER HEARD OF THIS to weigh something that was already paid for was OUTRAGEOUS!!! If you're cashier's can't do the MATH then you have a problem!!!??? My Husband didn't walk out of the store with it or tried to pay a different price, his not the one who told the cashier the price??? Unreal??!! To weigh something after it was paid for because it was left behind so in other words they would've been glad if he didn't come back so they can resell the eggplant??? Never going there and I'm telling all my friends and family...
