Today my boyfriend and I went to go get some breakfast at this dunkin donuts. I just wanted a regular coffee and my boyfriend decided he wanted the Strawberry Banana smoothie that he saw was $1.99 on the screen. After purchasing it he realized that he was charge $2.99 and the whole reason on why he bought it was because it was cheaper then I’m assuming the regular price. When he went to go and talk to a store employee the lady said sorry that was last months price. She sent over her manager to talk to us whom was very rude and disrespectful. As I said before, he only wanted it for the price. We kindly told the manager that we would like the difference in the money back that was only $1. She told us no. Then after arguing with her she said “why doesn’t he just get a donut or something.” I simply told her that he doesn’t want a donut he would just like his money back. Then she got in my face and told me to calm down. Now, I work for a corporation that is based on costumer service. No one should sit there and argue with the customer on a price, which is false advertisement because if someone sees something at a low price they’re simply gonna buy it for that price, and no matter what, we have to give it to the customer because that’s what they saw it for. Her approach towards us was ridiculous. The problem isn’t so much the money, its that fact that she didn’t handle the situation the way an “area manager” should’ve handled it. Read moreI live about a block from this dunkin so its the one i visit all the time.. I have never been so embarrassed in my life by an employee... I ordered my usual (large french ice coffee and my daughter has a coffee coolatta) the coolata was darker than normal and looked like it had no cream... It also tasted spoiled.. We told a girl and she agreed it wasnt the correct color and she remade it... my daughter then takes a sip out of the remade drink and it still tasted very spoiled. I went up to the same girl and told her thatt there must be something wrong with their mix because the taste was horrible.... I was then approched by a different employee whom yelled, yes yelled at me in front of all the customer and told me im waisting her product and she has made my drink twice. I told her that i had told the other young lady that something must be spoiled because we order the same thing ALL the time... She rudely walked away as i was explaining and continued to talk under her breath... I returned later on and asked an employee if the womam who yelled at me was the manager and she told me no. So i kindly explained my situation and asked to speak to the person incharge... There was no manager on the floor, as far as i was told... Im still very very upset about it and i never leave reviews... I will return tomorrow morning and ask again to speak to the person incharge... Let see...

I was not going to purchase anything for myself until I saw that they were having a special on small frozen drinks. Original price was $2.99 but the special said $1.99. I bought the smoothie thinking I was getting it for $1.99. Then I saw my receipt and it said that it was $2.99. I kindly spoke to the worker about it and she gave me 2 different stories. One was that it was only from 3-6pm (which the advertisement did not say anything about). Then I said oh okay. However, she said "it was from last month". Then my girlfriend said thats false advertisement. It is the middle of June and you're going to tell me you have not taken down an advertisement that is 2 weeks old? Aside from that, the worker got the so called "area manager" to speak with us. This area manager named Tina was the absolute rudest area manager I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She was rude to my girlfriend and had no idea what good customer service was. She got in my girlfriends face and told her to calm down. Its not about the $1 but its about the principle of the whole thing. False advertisement, burnt coffee, rude "area managers", slow service, you name it. Worst dunkin donuts I have ever been too. Tina needs to be written up...
