Came to dine in, the level of poor and I can't emphasize POOR customer service from the lady taking the order was repulsive enough to cancel the order and walk out. I politely asked her to at least look at me when she was speaking so I could hear her better, and that made it worse. She asked "You want it or not" I couldn't eat from a place nor trust their ingredients when it was clear they didn't care for a customer. I hope someone in charge of this place addresses this. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "not here" turned around and left me standing there. She went back to watch a show on her iPad in the dining area... My first time, I’m forgiving but I pray that the occasion will not arise For a reason to return. With that being said; the female cashier/server just needs a little attitude makeover.whether it’s the owner or just a worker. Very busy with online orders , plus to meet the demand of in-house up in your face ,I know it can be overwhelming BUT PLEASE GET MORE HELP WHERE YOU COULD BE MORE RESPECTFUL, without being agitated. LARVAE OR MAGGOT found in my food. Nastiest experience. The girl in the front is always, always rude (sadly we have ordered in the past since we live nearby). She seems annoyed to have to take orders and cash out. I called them to immediately let us know that we found this nasty worm in the food and that I want a refund. She said we had to bring back the food. We bring it back and we show her the bug. Another lady comes out and starts saying its from the mushrooms. I don't care where it's from and the other rude one wants to keep looking through the containers. I finally demand my refund while they are playing with the larvae. Not ONE word of an apology. NONE.
