Revised update: Pizza Hut reached out in a big way and made it right. Manager was having a bad day is all...we all have had one of those from time to time. Giving Pizza Hut a thumbs up for truly caring about their customers.
Was treated badly by management when his store were the one's that got the order wrong. I called in to let them know that my recent order was delivered and it was incorrect. I am very nice person and understand when this type of stuff happens...worked in the business for 20 years. The manager at this branch was so short with me from when I was explaining regarding the situation that the pizza that was delivered was not the pizza I ordered. He kept being short with me and I kept trying to explain quickly about the order and he kept interrupting me when I was talking to him from the get go and I was being very nice. The conversation ended up to where I had to talk to my son to find out about what he wanted me to do, either get another pizza, a credit etc.. I found out and called back, yet again as I am trying to figure out on how to get it credited back to my credit card, he kept being short, disrespectful with me...I ended up losing it and explaining to him in a loud voice that you are the one's that did us wrong and you are giving me attitude when I was being nice about it! So I hung up and it takes a lot for me to get to that point. They won't be getting business from me or my family anymore! Oscar the manager was being a grouch and should treat customers with respect...especially when the customer is being kind about...
Read moreI ordered delivery on a saturday night at 6:30 pm about. The middle of my pizza was raw. Had to call 3 times. First 2 times someone clearly picked up the phone and hung up (you can hear people talking in the store, so it was not just disconnect). 3rd time someone immediately picks up and puts me on hold for a good bit. At this point very frustrated. Asked to speak to a manager guy says he is one, i tell him the problem. HE says let me get my supervisor (i'm sorry i thought you were a manager?) General manager comes, i asked him if the man i had spoken to was a manager( wanted to double check) he ignored the question, until i repeated it. I told him my problem. He was VERY rude and disrespectful. Told me I could bring the pizza to him and he'll reimburse me for it (every other delivery place I know will come get it and swap out with you. the whole point of delivery was not to drive?) Then he goes "Maybe next time you should check your pizza before you accept it". He gave me credit for my pizza on my account. But was very rude the entire time. Just don't go here. There is another pizza hut on Lantana. MUCH NICER AND ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT...
Read moreI don't write very many reviews unless it's 5 star or 1 star. We've been ordering from this location for years now (because my son loves Pizza Hut). I would say 9 or of 10 times the order has been incorrect and/or poor quality. Once again forgot an item that I ordered. Quality was not even close to Pizza Hut normal standards. Bread sticks had barely any seasoning. Pan Pizza was good though. We're a big family. 8 people. When my son refused to eat after trying the Pizza and a bite of bread stick. I knew it was bad. Over a $100 order. After forgetting the 6 ranch dips that we ordered I decided to go to the store and get them. I walk in, the store is a mess and the girl is watching something on her phone. I get the feeling it's basically a lack of caring. We're going to try the Riverbridge location next and is that doesn't work think we're done with Pizza Hut altogether.
