Went through with my son today to order a quick snack of 2 small fries and a small soda. I ordered them through the driver speaker, correctly. Then paid for the order, not knowing my order wasn't charged properly. By the time I got to the second window, instead of the manager clarifying what I ordered prior to taking my card, she charged for 1 small fry and 1 small coke. Not once did anyone ask to clarify from the time I gave my order. Neither did I get a receipt for the order. However, the manager didn't give my card back, and held on to it. Another employee gave our food while also informing me that they only charged for 1 fry. I asked why they did that, and she ignored me. I then had to get her attention to get my card back; in which she had an attitude about it making me repeat myself. After I got it, I saw the manager and asked to pay for the other fry I ordered. The manager then stood there and told me to go back around to make the order again, because she didn't have a way to charge my card. I had to repeat the events that just took place, where she charged my card for the order I had, so she could make a charge. But her reason as to why she couldn't do it "again" was because she'd have to "walk all the way around to where the card charger was" and she couldn't do that....??? The line was empty besides one car (that I could see) behind me....literally not busy. I'd have more understanding that mistakes happen and they were busy because they do happen in life...but not in this situation. The manager just simply didn't want to do her job. I explained to her I wasn't going out of my way and use more of my time to remake an order I had already done correctly when they failed to do their job. She told me I had to go back through the line or come in to make the order. I explained I wasn't going out of my way for reasons they didn't do their job. Not to mention - she failed to give me my card back efficiently...I would've left it had I not remembered or insisted to get it back! This manager looked at me as if I was being rude for expecting her to do her job and hold herself/employees accountable. That's definitely asking too much for this industry and area! Fries were under cooked with only half a bag filled. The soda was fine though...For the soda - they get one star (sarcasm). Customer service is horrible at any of Ricky Wades locations and it proves time and time again. Low standards and garbage service/attitudes at his McDonalds. AND, if I'm a Karen - pretend I care, 'cuz I don't. People wanna get paid for not doing their job around here...and those who do their job are seen as "over achievers or perfectionists". There was nothing said about giving me a refund or getting the nuggets at some point. Just, "We'll look into that. Thank you for letting us know." Another day, I ordered drinks curbside. Not because I'm lazy but because I was meeting someone there and had to exchange some material for a job. Forty-five minutes later, still no drinks. I had to go inside and ask an employee about my drinks after I had seen another employee serve about 4 people that had come to curbside long after I did. The manager looked at the employee and asked the employee in spanish what my problem was. I have no complaints about people talking in Spanish. My thing is this... why was I not asked what my problem was? I can understand Spanish very well. Again, why was I not asked what my problem was? And yet another time my wife took our kids there and my daughter ordered (2) six piece McNuggets and when see got home, she checked the bag and it had a box with (6) nuggets and the other nugget box had bbq sauce in it... NO NUGGETS! Yes, she should have looked in the bag before getting home, but who puts sauce in a nugget box and no nuggets?! I do not like this particular McDonalds. I would not recommend going to this McDonald's until they can get their restaurant in order. I am not saying that all of the employees are bad, inconsiderate, or just don't pay attention to their job. But I am saying that there are some there that should pay more attention to their duties at work and get back to pleasing the customer with excellent customer service like I receive at their rival, Burger King. Read moreThis is one of the rudest and unorganized McDonald's I've ever been to my family was visiting from New York and it was late and people were hungry so we go here because it's around the corner from where I live first of all the girl who was taking the order sounded miserable and had the only attitude she takes our order and tell us to to go to the window to pay when we get to the window I give her my card when she hands it back I say thank you and she just shut the window and rolls her eyes we then get our food and have to order was missing after the gentleman in the front who was very nice asked for my receipt we still was missing three burgers and a fry and we asked for a Coca-Cola and they gave us half a cup of watered down Coke we got home I noticed everything is missing and the coke that was only filled halfway was super watered down just by looking at it and looked like dirty water I go all the way back to McDonald's I go to the window and they tell me I have to get back on the line so I have to get back on the line weight all over again to get more attitude from the girl at the window and then when I get to the front they give me back the burgers with half a container fries and then give me a sweet tea instead of Coca-Cola when I go back and say hey I asked for a Coca-Cola the guy says well there is no Coca-Cola left so they didn't even think they had to ask us if we wanted something different because there is no more Coca-Cola available they just decided they will give me a sweet tea instead of a Coca-Cola I hardly ever go to eat at McDonald's but since my family was here that's what they wanted but from that day on I will never visit this McDonald's again nor would I advise any of my family or...
