Let me tell you about my experience. It was horrible. From customer service to the food. In the past I have frequently come here. The last time I was there I had a very aggressive waitress who was very pushy and very obnoxious. Now today febuary 13th 2024 at 5:45 p.m. I call up asking for a manager. Right away I get an aggressive female that answers the phone and demands my name and what is this about. I said I'm not required to give you my name. She goes on to say unless I give my name and what this is about I'm not talking to a manager. I said I don't have to tell you who I am and what this is about she developed an attitude and hung up on me. When I called back again again again I asked for a manager. And once again I got another attitude. It took 10 minutes for her to tell me she was the manager. She went to find out what happened and the girl told her I cursed her out. Then the manager got mad at me. When I tried to explain my situation too hard about what happened she didn't want to hear it When I try to talk and intervene she kept interrupting me and she wouldn't shut up. She didn't want to hear what I had to say and how rude the woman was who picked up the phone. She began to irritate me and got me stirred up. When I kept trying to call back to talk to her she demanded I listened to her that she didn't want to hear what I had to say. I said I'm not listening to you you're going to hear me first I'm the consumer. That was so rude of this female individual who picked up the phone before I got a hold of the manager. I did nothing to deserve the treatment I got I didn't have an attitude to begin with but I was given one. There was one time I was on hold for 1 hour and 10 minutes I walked away from the phone and came back maybe two or three times to see if somebody picked up the phone. Let me give you heads up. The waitress doesn't know how to waitress on tables the cook doesnt know how to cook food The bathrooms are nasty. The kitchen is nasty I've seen it walking by going to the bathroom. The people working there look at their fingernails and see how nasty they are I could just imagine their living conditions and yet they're around food. Customer service is not what it used to be. You know why they close down last year for almost a year before they reopened. Because many they had so many code issues and health health risks. When I've been in there I've seen the tables nasty as heck. Bugs in the coffee cups on the dinner plates. Silverware not properly washed. Maybe I should call the state and have them investigate unclean they are here at this restaurant. When somebody is upset and disgusted and wants a manager and get a manager they should have a manager not go to all these changes to get one to get one. Like I said with all the money that I've spent in there I should get better treated. That's something they know nothing about. I wouldn't recommend going in this restaurant I wouldn't recommend eating their food there food. I wouldn't recommend give me the money that you work hard for This is the worst display of being and working in this kind of kind...
Read moreWe came to have breakfast for lunch we are locals and they had recently renovated so we figured we would give them one last shot. When we arrived the waitress seemed very attentive ready to get started she had just informed the table of 6 behind us that there was a delay in the kitchen so it made sense. She brought us our drinks and we ordered. One of us finished our drink and we waited for her to stop by at one point for a refill 20min later and we thought it would never happen. When she brought us the food I asked impatiently for our refill as she had turned to leave without noticing the empty cup we had placed at the end of the table in hopes she would spot it passing by and, come back with a refill. All went down hill after that. We waited for my omelet to come after everyone else was started eating it got there without the sauce that comes on it I asked for it and noticed that the side I'd asked for was missing. I asked her for it and by the time she had come back I had noticed all the bacon in my omelet was burned I said I didn't want it and I didn't want my side either. There was a staff member nearby with a cleaning cart and she threw the hot side order into the cleaning cart grabber the omelet and waffle and chucked them into the cart after she had walked into the kitchen to allert the staff that I had been done wrong I assume. I was shocked but didn't say anything. She didn't apologize for any of the kitchens mistakes and never came back to the table my meal was comped but the manager did not bother to ask what went wrong or if there was anything that could be done. At that point I was surprised beyond belief I asked about my check and instead of explaining the manager laughed. I asked why he was laughing and only after that did he explain why he was laughing "because the way she rang it up was cheaper" I complained that her customer service was horrible and his was as well. He continued to laugh. I didn't raise my voice at any time never asked for a manager and somehow it was all a joke I would have paid for the uneaten food and just asked that it not happen again but no one bothered to talk or resolve anything. I am diabetic and my blood sugar was rapidly going down I didn't have the energy to deal with the level of apathy and asked for the managers name and Corp number which i was told to look up online. Read moreI come to this location once or twice a week with my wife because I live across the street. On days that I come home late and exhausted from work it's convenient but the service needs to be better!!! almost never do you get the food exactly how you want it. However, it is not the servers. I usually come at night and there is usually two young ladies Bernadette and Maria who are working and they are lovely they are kind and continue to check on you and apologize anytime there is something wrong with the food and take care of it right on the spot. However, I do see that a lot of the times I am there it is only those two young ladies serving the whole restaurant. At times it's not super busy but it is always somewhat busy. IHOP corporate office needs to be more sufficient and add more people to the schedule it is not fair for those two ladies. Every time I come they are serving customers cleaning running back and forth to the kitchen because they are not getting the order correct on top of bussing tables it is way too much for two people to take care of a whole restaurant that is very careless on the managers part. This place is understaffed and its unfair to the two ladies and the customers who have to wait on their order or fix a order two to three times I came in one night exhausted and starving and ordered a burger and onion rings well done however I get the burger and just dig in because I'm starving and halfway through I noticed that it is almost raw inside I was disgusted and became very nauseous and aggravated and Maria came so i showed her and expressed my frustration and her and Bernadette apologized over and over and also took the order off of my check because I could not order anything else nor did I want to try to eat another burger after seeing it bloody inside. I feel they handled the situation very well however it was still very disappointed. I only gave this review a 3 star because of those two ladies and maybe one other server at that place if not I would have given it a one.
