Peking Tokyo — Restaurant in Greenacres

This place was highly recommended by my father who is 83 years old. I went with him as a guest and was treated just so rudely by the owner. She yelled at me at the top of her lungs for reasons I can't even understand. She was accusatory stating that I should not make fun of Chinese people. Why I do not know. This was within 1 minute of me sitting down getting ready to order. It was really nuts. All I wanted to do was order a meal and out came this mad women. I honestly believe she has emotional issues because other reviews stated that they've experiened odd behavior about this owner yelling at patrons. I left immediately and would not recommend this place simply because a restaurant owner should never treat their guests in this type of disrespectful manner, She offered an apology to my father so I understand and I'm very glad that...

If you miss authentic Chinese cuisine, food atmosphere, culture, beauty, out of this world hospitality , you should try it. We loved our Peking Tokyo's food under the previous ownership. This one is not much difference but they did add a beautiful touch to the dine in experience. The only reason for the 4 star is food was just a little too salty, the portion were a little smaller that we are used to and our favorite dumplings taste like they are out of the bag . They said they are working on that and they will have their own dumplings recipe soon.

Wish customer service was better for dining in! We were a table for 2 WITH reservations and were not even offered water until I went up to the counter asking for our server. Would have given mor starts for atmosphere, but our mood was killed when the Server and Cashier were arguing at the front of the house as to who was assigned to our table. The little girl acting as "Hostess" did a better job than the adults. This was the second time dine-in service has been an issue. They seem to do better as a take-out. The food is very good, but this restaurant doesn't deserve my food AND beverage sales for questionable service.
