Subway — Restaurant in Greenbelt

Was just at the Subway on 7698 Belair Rd at Beltway Plaza, and this location has just lost a customer forever! No one in my family or company will ever purchase from this location again. Additionally, I will be letting the corporate headquarters know, as this kind of business owner gives a bad name to the company's chain. I have frequented Subway in many locations in and around the Baltimore area for years. I have never had a problem with other Subway locations. But this location is consistently cheap with add on's, rude to customers, and very condescending. I encourage any business owner to go to this location and take notes on "What NOT to do if you want to stay in business". The business at this location will not last long. You'd think for $12.00 they could afford to spare a few onion slices and more than 6 olives on a footlong sub. I asked if they could add a few more olives and was charged .60 cents more. Went there tonight and like the other person stated the other girl that works there acted as if HER ASKING ME HOW I WANTED my sandwich was getting on her nerves. I ignored it. None of the condiments were out and were in the back and she had to go retrieve everything I asked for. I just got home and opened my sandwich and the bread is hard like sourdough bread and no I didn’t ask for it to be toasted. Clearly her and the other lady needs to find another job or the management needs to hold them accountable! I ordered a Steak Egg and Cheese and they burnt the cheese. When I said something about the cheese being burnt the girl is gonna say to me how come everytime you come here it is always something wrong.
