Mattress Firm Beltway Plaza Mall — Hotel in Greenbelt

Ini was fine personality wise but as a sales person and communication between the store/warehouse, nonexistent. I said I would return, I will NOT be returning for the 2 additional mattresses I said I needed in few months, another store in the area will be receiving my business, that's why they have more than one. Don't tell me I can track my delivery on a Thursday and come Friday there's nothing for me to track and when I contact the warehouse they tell me I won't be able to track until after 6pm if the item is still available. STILL AVAILABLE?!?!? What kind of bull is that? Then they won't tell me the time the item will will be delivered until after 6pm and it'll be a 2-3 hour window for the next day as if I don't have a thing else to do but sit on my tail and wait for a delivery person all dag on day. Last minute? I'm not a last minute person, I hate it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I originally got a tempur-pedic mattress that hurt my back and off gassed terribly for a month. I came back in and Joan helped me get a new mattress that better suits my style of bed and I do love it (the black beauty rest). I’ll never know if the one month’s salary was worth it for the luxury bed, but it is indeed very comfortable. Iniobong puts a lot of pressure on people to write a review before they leave the store and even shamed me for not doing it when I came back to replace the mattress. I think you should first sleep on the bed, decided if you like it, and maybe experienced what it’s like to maneuver (re: haggle) switching out the mattress. At the time I went in the second time I would have just said I bought a mattress at the edge of my price comfort zone and hated it and had to spend even more money to get the bed to fix it. Visited Mattress Firm to purchase a new mattress and my daughter and I met the most professional, knowledgeable and genuine sales person by the name of Joan! She was patient with me as I think I tried almost all the mattress in the store. Joan, helped me decide which mattress was best for me with the warmest personality and kindness ever! I am truly happy we met her and I would recommend anyone to visit the Greenbelt store and ask for Joan! The delivery guys (all four of them)were just as professional and very kind and respectful of property.
