This place was more awesome than seeing the aurora borealis for the first time. I wandered into this place because I could see "CALZONE" in red neon from the street. Had never been there before, and was immediately in love with the establishment as soon as I walked in. I was completely overwhelmed by all the options and needed a minute to regain my composure, catch my breath, and not look like I was was an out-of-towner searching hurriedly for a bathroom. The person behind the counter, a blonde woman, recognized my despair, realized it was my first time and made recommendations. She was super helpful, patient, and engaging. This place had some serious Italian baked goods, over a dozen flavors of gelato, a grocery next door--the works. The baked ziti was one of the specials posted for $7.99. Figured I would have just been given the baked ziti. But oh no--it came with salad and bread. Score! (Lots of olives on the salad, which I spent about 3 minutes picking off.) When the food arrived I was blown away by the size of the portion. I walked out with a full grown-up sized meal and a soda for right at $10. Couldn't believe it. Felt like it was my birthday. Looking forward to going back, trying something else on the menu, and burying my face in a bowl of gelato like it's going...

I really don't want to give this location 1 star. I took my children to this location on 4/30/2022 and I will never take them to any location EVER again. The customer service was horrible, the location was filthy, the food was hard, and all of the child seats were broken. I spoke to one of the employees about the child seats and he just told me it was nothing they can do. I asked to speak with the manager, Victor gave me the same nothing they can do response. I asked for corporate number, Victor told the employee to give me the location phone number all while shrugging his shoulders. They had four child seats. The only one that was safe was in use. The other three were all broken. I paid 40.00 for 5 slices of hard pizza that tasted burnt, wings that were smaller than my pinky and three drinks. I didn't bother going back about the food because if manger didn't care to acknowledge my issue about a child seat, the food wasn't going to matter either. I had to hold my 17mth old on my lap the hold time. I realized that the employee don't care because that is the tone that the manager Victor sets for the entire location. They will take your money and then...

This is my new cheat day spot! I've been to 2 other Three Brothers locations before so I thought I knew what I was getting... Nope, the food was soooooo good and I dont remember enjoying the food as much from the other locations.

I specifically was craving some Alfredo pasta this day and was a bit unsure where I could go to get some good pasta. Some other restaurants I tried based on great reviews ending up just being so so for me. This is my new spot for my Alfredo pasta cravings.

The location is a little hard to find and when you park at the back of the shopping center you enter into their bar portion of the restaurant. After standing at the bar for a little bit, one of the bar patrons asked if I was picking up food and directed me to the other end of the restaurant that was for food pick up. Staff was super friendly and I really appreciate that they opened each box for me before I picked up to ensure all of my order was there and that I didn't have to come back. The only downside is that this location closes a lot earlier than the other locations so this might not be the spot for you if you're looking to get food later...
