7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Greeneville

I usually don’t write reviews, but this morning I felt compelled to make one. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the third time in a row with something messed up. I always go during early morning when there is no line so there is no need for them to mess up my order when it’s pretty a simple order. I always get the ocean breeze energy drink, nothing added. One time there was a bug in my drink, didn’t mind I just scooped the little guy out and continued on with my day because I’m not gonna waste a $8 drink. I always ask for light ice because if I’m paying for a $8 drink I except more drink than ice. 9/10 I get extra ice, infuriating. However I’m to nice of a person and not a Karen to tell them to fix it. After today I won’t be going back because I can’t justify the prices, bugs, and lack of attention to order details. Nothing bad to say about the friendly order takers. Also, think corporate 7brew needs to adjust their prices if they want to compete in...

Im giving ya'll 5 stars only because your manager tonight was absolutely awesome. (8.7.24) He was empathetic ✔️ understanding ✔️ and made me very happy despite the almost 2 hour wait....yep i was there from 7:13pm to 9pm in the long line of cars. Thank you sir for honoring the BOGO for me last night after my very long wait.

Suggestion: please make sure there will be enough staffing for promo days because that line was moving extremely slow.

Note to others visiting this location: today I learned that we need to enter from the side where the traffic light is 🚥 but there is no sign of this posted because supposedly the police will give them a ticket, which is ridiculous. So just sharing this for others to know, especially on promo days or you'll be stuck in like (like me) for a long time. I entered through what apparently is the exit .. as did many others 😏

Their drinks are however good at times sometimes they can be off. The service however depending on the worker varies. Some of them have an incredible attitude issue. However the guy that is blonde that typically wears a pink hat has the best attitude in this place and amazing customer service. For the past 2 weeks our specifically large cups has been busted in a certain areas however we didn’t notice the first time we went until the cup holder was flooded with the drink so from now on we’ve been checking their cups and also bring extra cups from the house just in case they give us not only one but two busted cups. The wait time is typically good but when there is a worker in line getting a drink as well they think they have to wait until they leave or close to leaving before they come to you. As well they will get distracted and just walk away with your card from experience...
