Cook Out — Restaurant in Greeneville

I went in today and a very nice young man took my order and was very helpful in taking my order, food was good. As I left I decided to get some cajun fries to go and what looked like a manager took that order and the young man asked from a distance "how was your first time here"? The manager yelled at the young man don't talk to him like that! And the young scared guy took off running to the back. Now I initially laughed and thought he was joking but when I left I was uneasy for what happened because you see the people in this town have not all been very friendly in the particular looks they give so Yes I realised that the manager wasn't happy about how the young guy was actually treating me, see what the young man saw in me is I have done no harm to him and i was very friendly to him so that was reciprocated back and the manager with his old ways and brainwashing could not help his hate from showing through. I do not have this brainwashing, I am from a dark people and love everyone equally, I wish more people felt this way and except each other. I only get milkshakes from there nothing else but there milkshakes are really good and thick and made with real ice cream not a soft serve ice cream update I was there a few nights ago and went through the drive thru and order my food we waited about 20 minutes for our food and drinks and then we didn't get half of our order that we ordered so we drove around and went inside and told them and they said that we got all our order even after showing them the receipt but they still didn't give me the rest of my order so I had to order the same food that I already paid for again and pay for it again so I had to pay twice for one order because they wouldn't give me the rest of the order that they shorted me in the first place so instead of spending around 25 dollars for my order I ended up spending around 45 dollars after I paid for the same food again so I want be going back there again because they wouldn't give me the rest of my order that they shorted me on and I had to buy what they shorted me again so I won't be going back there...

I could say it's the fast and friendly service. I could also say it's the peanut butter milkshakes. Either way I enjoy the food and atmosphere. ** That was most of my original review. I dropped 3 stars off their rating because I can't fathom it taking them 20 minutes from order to delivery of 1 item (PB Milkshake) from ordering at the walk up window. They weren't any busier than usual. I'm pretty sure there were only 5 vehicles in line at the time too.
