Bojangles — Restaurant in Greeneville

Went through drive thru this morning. A young man took our order of two steak biscuits on dark brown biscuits. On one biscuit we requested cheese and the other one tomato. We also ordered 2 large Dr peppers. We got to the window and paid for our order. We waited in line for quite a while at the window. They hadn't charged us for one Dr pepper. The steak biscuits were 2 for $5. We questioned about the charge of $11.93 for the order with the biscuits being on sale. We were rudely told that price was only valid if we didn't add anything extra to them. Does the jumbo sign in the window say that? No it doesn't. We sat there for so long that the guy came back to the window and told us our order was $7+ change. I told him we had already paid for our order. The order wasn't right. Had to send it back. The guy was getting more and more rude. By the time we got our food, the steak and cheese had the funniest looking piece of cheese ever seen on it. It looked quite a bit like an overcooked egg. Was on my lunch break and just needed a chicken biscuit and fries and they only had 3 people working the whole restaurant. To make matters worse the manager was sick and sneezing constantly. I almost just left even tho I had paid for my food. But spent my entire half hour waiting for a chicken biscuit and fries. I'd understood if the place was packed but there was only three people standing there waiting. People lined up around the building in the drive thru and complaining cause they weren't getting their food fast enough. Point of the matter is, if you don't have enough people to work, don't open the doors. That just makes you look bad when you can't serve your customers fast enough and a lot of them are on lunch break. Needless to say I won't be going there on lunch...

our community is going through a natural disaster and the management of this location has chosen to lock their doors. people have been without water and power for 2 days and instead of doing what every other business on 11-E is doing, and allowing customers to come inside to sit in the A/C, charge their phones, eat, and use the restroom, your terrible manager locked the doors and made this business drive thru ONLY. (the lobby has been open every day prior) how petty is it that you do this to the same people that fund your business year after year, keep your doors open and pay your salary? what goes around comes around & i don’t believe anyone in this community should support a business that behaves this way. YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR OWN COMMUNITY...
