This goodwill is outrageous! I went inside and saw two female employees standing between the isles of clothing talking to eachother, not hanging the clothes back onto the racks LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO! not only that but they wont come to the cash register if you go up to it and wait for them they will STARE at you for a solid five to ten minutes then sigh so heavily that you and possibly the entire store can hear it because its so small, and when they have their days when they bring in special needs people, they completely ignore them! the employees working here are intolerable, disrespectful and downright dirty not only that but the clothes are INFESTED with bed bugs because they take the bed bug spray home with them instead of using it on the donated clothes they are supposed to use it on. I could go all day with complaints, this store needs to either be shut down or they need to fire everyone due to the pure hatred and disgust that goes...

Instead of having the items unloaded for him or even being offered assistance to unload them, he was instructed to unload the items himself and place them in a bin inside the warehouse. I think it is utterly ridiculous that a company that thrives on donations, couldn't graciously accept the donations! I did call and talk with the assistant store manager, Amy, in regards to the poor reception. She gave an apology, but it still doesn't sit well with me. Do better, Goodwill! From now on, our donations will go somewhere they are...
