Not a good experience this time in fact it was by far the worst Starbucks experience and we frequent Starbucks quit often. This is our go to Starbucks and this visit left alot to be desired. They skipped fixing one of our drinks to fix other customers ahead of ours it seemed. They allowed one customer to keep reaching across the glass partition to get multiple drink carriers, her straws etc. On top of all that when my husband finally got his drink (after they "taught" us that caramel macchiato doesn't actually have caramel its vanilla when we asked for extra caramel as we do...every...single...time...we....order....it!!!) it had dried drink all over the outside of the cup which is evident that in fact it was done but they chose to serve others in front of him that ordered after us by a significant amount of time. The cup looked like it had been used multiple times with the amount of drink dried down the side of it. Of course the one time I told them I didn't need a receipt I in fact did need one after this experience. This is not the service that we have had in the past from this Starbucks I am unsure what the issue was this time but I do know that the 2 young women working were not concerned with the issue at hand. Not impressed at all and very disappointed as this is or was our go to once we get...
Read moreThis place gets worse by the day. I walked out with 4 others yesterday after the guy making coffee laughed at the guy whose order he completely messed up. If he treats customers this way I didn’t even want to try and order my drink knowing he wouldn’t get it right anyway. 90% of the time you’ll stand there for several minutes before they will even acknowledge you are there. The young blonde uses the excuse they are all new which is another lie I’ve been going to this place for over a year and they are not new. They all act like it’s a chore to even wait on you with their rude and dismissive attitude. I’m from Seattle for god sakes and you’re not treated like this. We found two new nice coffee shops this weekend 423 coffee wasn’t bad but our new favorite is Dutch Brothers in Morristown. The line went quickly and they are nice and upbeat absolutely worth the drive. The coffee was amazing and zero treated like an...
Read moreWorst experience ever! Waited 30 minutes for three drinks. The girl who was making the drinks had no idea what she was doing and the other girl who was supposed to be helping, was talking with one of her friends while keep in mind that there were 10 people waiting to get their drinks. Once we got our first drink of waiting 20 mins there was a hair inside of our cup floating in our drink. The lady looked at us very mean and then said I guess we will make you another one. The lady that was up front continued to talk to her friend instead of helping. I was looked up and down many times while waiting for my drink. They did not have any whipped cream or anything to make sweet cream, which ruined the drinks we ordered. We ordered a brownie and did not even get it until we got our drinks and was tossed across the counter at us. I was very upset and irritated at the service...
