Ok I was on the fence about leaving this review, but after pondering it I am going to write what my experience was twice. The first time we began to have problems at rally’s was about 2 months back we went through the line and there was two cars in front of us. No worries we expected a little bit of a wait. Not an almost 30 minute one smh!! We were stuck in the narrow drive thru so we couldn’t go somewhere else. So as if that was not enough they seemed disoriented and disorganized. Not really knowing what our order was. Needless to say we got our food and pulled away with the sense that we would not be coming back. The experience was so frustrating that I put off going back for about 2 months. So fast forward to yesterday. And OMG never never and dare I repeat NEVER will I go back to that Rally’s again. We ordered two number ones He got an extra hamburger for the dogs, a sprite and coke easy right. No not at all this time there was a car at the window and they were getting their food, we placed our order and pulled up behind the car previously waiting. After about ten minutes they pull off. We pull up apparently the car in front pulled off with out getting their food. Now this review goes into what kind of staff was in that building. It appeared that there was NO MANAGEMENT on duty and it showed. They kept messing up our order was trying to give us an order that was not ours and then after a very long wait longer than 20 minutes from the time we placed the order we received a bag of food. We started to pull away and checking our bag and we were missing the hamburger. I had to go to the walk up window and get it. We then pulled over to eat and the hamburgers were cold. The quality has definitely declined massively. I was so disappointed in the whole situation. And for those of you who thought well maybe they were understaffed. No they were not there were 6 and I repeat 6 individuals in there. Rally’s needs to get it together and be a little more concerned about who they have running their fast food chains. Read moreRallys has stolen my money! According to the website they are open until 1 am. I placed a pickup order online that I was charged for. I arrive at the store around 12:45 and get the "we are closed" message on the drive through speaker. I went to the window and I could hear them working inside, so I tried knocking and honking to get their attention so I could get my money back or get my pick up order. The window said they close at 1am. They then priced to shut off the lights. I called rallys the next day. The manager said that she didn't know what time the restaurant closes 10 or 11 she thinks, leading me to believe she wasn't a manager or really should know what time her store closes. I explained what had happened the night before. I explained how the Rallys website will took my order because according to your website, that location closes at 1 and they were closed before 1. She said she will have to call a contact in order to get this straightened out. She took my number and said she would call back. That was on Tuesday. I have yet to get a call back. Wednesday we contacted the call center phone number that is listed on the Rallys website. They did not give us a refund. Instead they took the information and said they would have manager contact us about the issue. They have our number as well. Still have not heard back. I called the store a few minutes ago to check the status, but no one answers the phone. I would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid this place completely if you don't want to get ripped off.

Read moreThe crew they have in there tonite the 20th is terrible!! I ordered the Garlic and Butter Buford combo and you’d think it would be moist and full of flavor. Well this combo was garbage. I the burgers were dry and cold and the rest of the meals were bad but mine was the worst and it was intentional. This crew was audacious and rude over the speaker the first time she spoke but she got worse!! And they have attitudes that are worse They eavesdrop on conversation I was having with a friend and hear a word that they assumed described the girl at the window. She obviously had guilt because of her assumption that I was talking about her. . It wasn’t a conversation about the red head at the window but her eavesdropping busted her. She gave me $35 worth of junk greasy cold fries and burgers that came from their trash can. We didn’t eat any of it but I will make interesting proof for the company the BBB and the health department

We work hard at jobs we have and the money was hard earned.
I’m sorry the people working in there tonight hate their jobs But I hate having someone try and poison me!! And spending $35 for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich is definitely a OVER CHARGE and worse.
