All the people working with food wearing masks kid behind counter was very helpful completely family run you can see all the prep they do on your food small dine in area, but they offer take out food takes about 10-15 minutes, but that means they're making it fresh partition between ordering customer and cashier for safety staff was very kind! noodles were very good steak was nicely done, very tender rice was a little dry, but not too bad the yum yum sauce was good, a little thin but not too bad chicken was very good as well the edamame didn't have salt on it but thats easily remedied if you have some sea salt at home edamame also wasn't as tender as I usually like it the noodles were probably my favorite part of the meal, closely followed by the steak the sweet and sour sauce has some spice to it the spring roles are alright, but not the best I've ever had overall, a very good experience! Wow. I don’t usually leave reviews. This was simply amazing. I regret to say I only ventured to try this place because my initial restaurant choice wasn’t open. At first the price is a bit shocking. However after seeing the massive amounts of food it’s understandable. People who eat normal amounts of food could probably share a portion with someone. I tend to eat a lot so this portion was fulfilling. It’s not all about size though. The quality was outstanding. The chicken was so tender. It wasn’t that usual thin takeout style chicken that we’ve all learned to accept either. This was some freshly cut chicken breast masterfully cooked to perfection. Everyone loves yum yum sauce. Food was ok not bad, just not anything to get excited for, in otherwords, just ok... steak was cooked right but no Browning (great flavor comes from that - it was literally jusy gray) the child (maybe 10 yrs old) didn't hear me correctly when I was making more order in person and charged me for extra sauce no big deal but could've been had it been meat or veg etc... the other child that was there never spoke a word of English but kept touching things with his bare hands including take out containers and I never saw him wash his hands... children of this age should not be in the kitchen or working the register. Disappointed slightly compared to the other hibachi experiences I've had, the place near hobby lobby was much better in ALL ways. Honestly not sure I even want to give them a 2nd chance... having more choices doesn't mean...
