Have you ever had an experience so bad that you cried and will never go back?? I did here. I went through the drive thru 6/20 at 7:50pm. I had asked for my lemonade without ice, and I got ice. I asked the larger female manager at the window if I could have it without ice. She glared at me, and was upset I wanted it without ice. She was so rude to me, and I really didn’t think she gave me ice on purpose to screw up my day. Drive thru speakers are crappy, I don’t expect that everything I say is heard perfectly.
I asked very politely, but I was really confused and afraid of her sharp and aggressive behavior. She said “fine, give it to me! I’ll put it in a smaller cup!” I didn’t understand, I ordered a medium, why is it going into a smaller cup? She yelled at me that she “needs somewhere to put the rest of the drink.” I got frightened by her level of aggression so I just handed her the drink. She continued saying something “f-word ice” to her coworker while telling him he needed to do a laundry list of tasks before he could leave. Both of them looking over at me and taking. It was so uncomfortable. I sat in the drivers seat tearing up because I got yelled at by someone for literally just asking for a drink without ice. If they had been busy I would understand being mean to me. But we were the only customers there. It took an additional five minutes to have a medium strawberry lemonade remade (it took 2 minutes for our food, though?) and the whole time this larger female manager is smirking at me as I’m telling my friend I feel upset and scared because I just wanted it without ice. The whole time I sat there wondering if she was going to chuck the drink through my window.
I rarely will ask for things to be corrected, but when I do, this is not the expected response.
This was so awful for me that I sat in the parking lot and cried… I felt so upset to be yelled at over just asking for no ice. I never knew that asking for a drink to be remade without ice could be enough to ruin someone’s entire day.
To the manager who’s entire day (and probably week) that I ruined for asking for my drink to be remade without ice, I sincerely hope you figured out what it was that bothered you enough to take it out on a stranger. I was very kind and polite to you, and you did not deserve me to be. I will never come back here so long as you are employed here.
This disgruntled and unhappy employee made a customer cry for no reason today. I never want to come back here again, this was a horrible experience.
I would really hope the owners reach out to me personally. I’ve already submitted a complaint via the QR code on the drive thru window, and to corporate as well for the...
Read moreOne of my friends was talking about how great Burger King has been recently. I was super skeptical, but he’s been really persistent so we gave in and tried it again.
We were order 29 for the day, at 1:17 PM, and the food was literally inedible. We got a burger meal, a fish sandwich meal, and a chicken sandwich meal. Half the fries were really good, and half of them seem like they were made last week.
The big fish and crispy bacon Swiss were both like…mushy and cold and disgusting tasting.
I haven’t tried my Whopper junior yet, so it might be great idk. I just saw them both get grossed out, and now I feel like if I get grossed out it’s kinda on me.
Anyways, I wasn't going to say anything, because it was 3 meals at Burger King and it was probably like twelve bucks.
No, turns out it was $40.98.
I didn’t even order a whopper, I got a whopper junior.
Even then, I didn’t want to complain publicly. I went to bk’s site, and their automated customer service system is so bad that I stopped. “Which product specifically did you have a problem with?” Idk. I don’t think prople should have to reverse engineer what “1 CMLG OCS” or “1 CMMD CSP BAC SWS CK” means in order to leave feedback.
Yeah, I can figure it out, but no, I’m not going to waste my time with it.
Edit: I tried the whopper jr and it was great! I mean it was cold, but that was because I waited so long before eating it, so that’s totally my fault 😑
Even cold it was good, though. WAY better than McDonalds or Wendy’s. I’m tossing on...
Read moreIf I could rate this ZERO stars I would. When j went inside to order my food I was very please to see everyone cleaning. I was the only customer in the restaurant and received quick service. After ordering my food I waited patiently and watched the girl behind the scenes make a sandwich for someone in the drive through. She used her BARE HANDS and touch that person's Burger patty, onions, and tomatoes. At that point I asked for a refund. I wasn't asked why. I made sure to let the manager know that her cook did not wear gloves and was assembling someone else's food. As I was explaining this I watched the woman take out, what was supposed to be, my chicken patty with her BARE HANDS! I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!! I did contact their corporate number and inform them of this and double check that it is health code to use gloves when assembling someone sales food. She said it was and that she would let the franchise owner know...
