Naf Naf is my new favorite go-to when I want something healthier without sacrificing flavor. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. But what really stood out this visit was the exceptional service.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, Abreanna and Sabrina were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Abreanna helped me first — she walked me through the menu, explained all my choices, and even offered samples of a few things I hadn’t tried yet. The lentil soup (which I normally am not a fan of) was actually really good, and she gave me a delicious sauce over my rice that elevated the whole bowl.
Then Sabrina stepped in and gave the same thoughtful attention — she pointed out different items, made recommendations, and made me feel like a valued guest, not just another customer.
Both of these ladies were outstanding, and I genuinely want management to know how lucky they are to have them as the face of Naf Naf at the Greenfield store. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They made my day and I will be back.

Completely ignoring the fact we were standing there waiting to order. No one greeted us and continued to work as if weren't there. I said excuse me twice with no response from either employee. My spouse decided he would intervene and asked we're we going to be able to order as young lady decided she she was going to continue to ignore us with her airpod in her ear. I asked for her name a manager and corporate number. As gentleman stated he was the manager and would let the young lady give me her name which she never did but he wrote it down. It could be a fake name. I wouldn't be surprised. The fact that this is my first time here upsets me because the food is great but my experience was ruined. You shouldn't be working in a restaurant if you don't have customer service experience and ignoring your guest alone is just bad for business. Read moreThe food has been consistently decent but so far this location is awful. We’ve been in multiple times within the last few weeks (each time at different times of day and/or ordering a different way to see if maybe the time before was just an “off” day) and each time the service is worse than the last. The staff are rude, disengaged and have been unable to think on their feet (which, we’ve never seen it busy, so we’re not asking for much) there’s been absolutely zero hustle; it always takes forever. Whether we’ve ordered ahead or in-store. Customers are treated (we’ve watched other customers while we were waiting) like we’re bothering the staff and items have been missing from our orders on separate visits. No effort has been made to make up for errors. I know this location opened pretty recently so I hope things improve… just not sure we’ll be back...
