Tara is very rude I called her and asked where my food is after she said he would have one delivery on top of mine and that wasn't case at all. I asked her what if my food is cold and she says it won't be at all but when you won't be here for 30 minutes. That is a disaster waiting to happen all the way around. She was very phone as phone calls are recorded she needs to be fired for this all someone wants is fresh food and she wants to attitude with me for asking where my food is and asking for it to be fresh is all someone wanted and hangs up multiple times and says call corporate and laughs at someone. Pure un professional disrespectful and down right not considerate of someone wanting fresh food and clealry no respect at all. Have gave them multiple chances on going with raw chicken sevrd to me and never has done anything to ever fix any issues regarding issues. No refund of money either so what a waste of time. Choose papa johns next time or pizza hut spend the extra money and go elsewhere very rude and not a care in the world for customers especially ones who live local and spend money constantly at this location. The pan style tasted wonderful( Alfredo sauce with pepperoni) the large new York style seemed on the dry side with barely any toppings or sauce. They were running a great online order special with menu items 50% off. The driver Austin came, was friendly but situation appeared off to me bc I asked for the receipt to sign and he said that he must have misplaced it. So I asked ok well how will I give you a tip... he said oh its ok don't worry about it. Well I called the store & added an 8.00$ tip for him the lady said she would add to order. Read moreI have been to the NEW Greenfield, Ind. twice. Both times, something went wrong with my order. The last time I was told 20 min for 2 large pizzas, and it took about 45 min. I am not sure why, but I asked what was taking so long, and the girl (who had blonde hair with purple in it) told me she would check, and went to the back and never returned. The second girl couldn't apparently read, (my first and last name were on the ticket on the box.) There was a tv screen in store that lets you know the progress, and I sat in the lobby and watched it go from being made, to in the oven, to ready, and the goofballs still seem to mess things up.
