Since my last review got deleted. I will continue to repost this. This girl in the photo is their âmanagerâ. She was off duty and wasted. Which is her right as she was off but she came behind the bar to address a complaint I made. They had a bartender named OLIVA behind the bar who was so drunk she was falling over and using the counter top to hold herself up because she couldnât stand. I had two couples who left and said it was because of how drunk the bartender was. I nicely told another employee so maybe they could send her home as they were losing business & not only that but it wasnât safe. This drunk manager decided to come address my complaint so intoxicated that she was yelling at me and getting nasty because I complained. (As you can see in the video she is very clearly wasted & being ugly towards a paying customer). This manger defended Olivia saying âsheâs going through personal issues and this isnât the first time she has been this drunk BUT she brought in lots of customers which means lots of money so do I care about losing 4 customers? No and do I care if sheâs drunk? Noâ then she had security kick me out because I took her photo. Donât be an ugly person on the inside and expect people to not take proof and share it. Do better foxes and maybe replace half your staff. According to all the other reviews I guess I shouldnât be shocked at the way I was treated. Seems like itâs a common thing there but I guess if you continue to let you bartenders get that wasted someone will get hurt one day and your business will be shut down....
Read moreUncle Paulie's is a new place in Greenfield that opened about 6 months ago. We went there for the first time to try their Italian. Unfortunately we were disappointed. While the restaurant is well kept, there isn't any sign of Italian decor. In fact the interior reminds me of a cafeteria.
We got the menu. I had previously looked on the Internet and was wondering if Paulie's was a pizza place or an Italian dinner place. After seeing the menu, I still am not sure. The pizza selection was limiting. You can only order a 12" pizza. There's no indication that you can get thin/thick crust either. Kind of, one size and shape fits all.
The dinner menu is scant too. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Can I get penne? No. Do you have anything but meatballs? No. So they have only one pasta dish. All totalled there's about a dozen dishes including lasagna, a fetticini, a chicken dish...
Tastewise, both entrees were average at best. The pizza crust was saggy in the middle even though it was only a pepperoni pizza. The spaghetti sauce had little taste none being that of tomato.
We'll go back sometime. Hopefully they will fill...

It kept randomly getting so loud. The bartender would run over and turn it down but if that could be better controlled they'd get 5 stars for the atmosphere.
Olivia was our server. Very efficient, spot-on service. Friendly and very accommodating. Attentive but certainly not overbearing. Didn't have to ask for more water. In fact I didn't even notice when she brought me a full glass. Just looked down and it was there. Excellent service.
We had several burgers ordered as well as nachos and a quesadilla. Everyone loved there food and no one was able to finish. I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger with Tator Tots. Burger was cooked perfectly with plenty of cheese and shrooms, but not so much that it was messy to eat. SO many tots. Only thing was a bit too much salt. Otherwise they were perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside
Thoroughly...
