Went in to QDOBA to give a 2nd try at about 5:45 PM on may 10th.. they were starting to get busy but the line moved steady. I was greeted when i walked in and was moving through the line pretty quick. I placed my order for a burrito and the young lady preparing it was courteous, wearing both mask and gloves. She was helpful in description of toppings. I moved down the line and was greeted by the cashier. That was the end of that. My Burritto had too much rice which was under cooked for my liking, too light on cheese and meat and she forgot my guacamole . NOT too happy about that!! I did not inspect the tables, bathroom or fountain area due to the people in store....I will go back another time to make sure everything reaches a 4-5* until that day, this is my updated review. By the way, they have curbside pickup, seating available, delivery with grub hub, there is hand sanitizer and employees are all masked and gloved. I can't rate cleanliness due the crowd that hit before i arrived; although there was no staff cleaning up at that moment. I will keep you posted Tables were all dirty. Just wasn't clean at all. I didn't even eat I was disgusted with lack of communication, cleanliness even water in need of filter. I...
Read moreThat's it, I'm done with this location. I went in there tonight to order because the app notified me that online ordering was not currently available for the location. I stood in line for 10 minutes because the 3 employees were all tending the same task at the register. Whatever it was none of them seemed to be able able to figure it out. As I'm waiting I notice the line is messier than I've usually seen at a Qdoba. There was rice scattered around which I felt should probably be addressed. I also noticed that none of the employees are wearing work uniforms. One dude was wearing a worn out t-shirt with holes in it. Another person was wearing faded string tie sweats and a cut off t-shirt. She goes over to the soft-drink dispenser to refill her own soda while in the meantime, the line is now almost out the door. Finally one person starts working orders again and notifies the next person in line that they were out of black beans. The whole place had a vibe of complete chaos and disorganization so I walked out and drove to the next closest location in West Allis. I placed an order on the way there and when I got there the place was clean, organized, everyone was wearing a Qdoba polo shirt, and my order was...
Read moreThis location is definitely not on par with other Qdobas in the area. Not to be a boomer, but I'll definitely go to OTHER locations next time we're in the mood for Qdoba. My burrito ripped and leaked out the side. Not that big of a deal, it happens. Then there was more meat compared to everything else, like not just an extra scoop, it must have been 3-4 scoops of meat. Fine, whatever. THEN there was - I'm not kidding - ONE picked red onion on the entire burrito?? I don't even know how that could happen, as an employee, how do you reach in the onions bin, grab ONE, and go "Yeah, that's good"?? I've worked so many food service jobs, I would have never done that lol. Super weird. So my order aside, my partner's was messed up too. His salad had MAYBE 5 pieces of lettuce, if we're being generous. We just added our own lettuce when we got home, as the other ingredients were still fine, but again, super weird. How do you look at that order and go "yeah good enough"? I would also maybe understand if they were in the middle of a rush or something, but the store was dead! We were the...
