Would be a 4 or 5 star if I didn’t experience what I did today. Yesterday I went here for the first time (was recommended because my co worker comes here and it’s close to work) yesterday was amazing, the guys that were working at about 9-10 am was friendly (the girl at the counter with the braids was a little rude but I ignored that) however, today when I went I ordered my turkey sausages well done and I’m guessing at the end the cook (black lady with her mask down) thought I left, meanwhile I was actually getting condiments was heard (by me) saying how she has other stuff to do and I need not to order my sausages well done next time. Another employee said to her “we have to serve the customers” and the cook still stood on what she said. To me, that is rude and I probably won’t be back. Every other buscuitville in greensboro that I go to always make my sausage well done when asked (with no problem) the cook was very unprofessional and probably doesn’t need to be in customer service. Also the girl that gives the food out (black heavy set girl) was rushing her the whole time when she knew I had a special request that would take time. I did not have this problem when I came yesterday . I would also like to commend the girl that took my order today (she was actually really nice, she had a bun and glasses) I came in at 12:21 on 1/26
Side note:the eggs taste like they are boiled...
Read moreThe WORST Biscuitville in Greensboro...I paid $9 for a large sweet tea and a pork chop egg and cheese biscuit...the biscuit was flat and there was barely any egg ...the tea had little to no sugar and there was barely a tea taste to it...$3 for that!!!...I returned the pork chop egg and cheese as soon as I saw it...they replaced it with one that looked worse...I decided to try and deal with it and left...but that's when I tasted the tea...I'm going to try and take take this $9 trash back right now..I'll see what happens ..I've taken pictures...but I don't see the option to upload them... update: They tried to give me another tea but I figured it would be as bad as the first and just got my $3 back...but I couldn't get my money back for the pork chop biscuit because I ate some of it..but this regional manager guy just so happened to be in there and saw that I was upset and he got me a porkchop platter...on him....which was very nice of him and you know they fixed it at least decent because he was watching...as far as the pork chop biscuit goes I went to the Biscuitville on Gate City and got the same thing a few days ago...the biscuit was fluffy and big and there was adequate egg also the tea was sweet and tasted like tea...so I know what I should...
Read moreI've never seen such poor attitude and behavior as I did today, over something so simple as a biscuit. Not only was the manager and the front staff unprofessional at ever step. But yelling out at me" You Got Your Free Biscuit , Leave" when I'm willing to pay and they never took time to listen nor even attempted to communicate, the raciest hateing anger attitude is very unprofessional in the line of hospitality services, even if you fill as such. It's usually good practice not show it. I've been a customer with biscuitville for over three years and have visited all the different locations at one point or another, I can over look a mistake like forgetting your straw or not putting napkins in your bag, but what I experience today has left wondering how does person like this manager, and the staff she leads to act in such an unprofessional manner. If she acts that way to me who else has she done this too and it not get reported. Nevertheless, I wouldn't recommend going to this location, trust me there are better locations to go too and most certainly...
