Worst experience ever. I normally donāt complain about restaurants, but I have to say this is the WORST Taco Bell Iāve ever been to. One time I went I waited an hour in line for sub par food. This time, I waited 30 minutes only to get to the speaker to be told āwe are only accepting cash.ā I obviously did not have cash, and most other people didnāt either. I got stuck in the line so I placed an order on the app and got to the window and they told us we had to pull around AGAIN and wait in the line, after I had already waited 30 minutes. They refused to bring it out to us and also refused to hang up a sign saying ācash onlyā because of some ācorporateā rule. Iām sure I was not the only one absolutely angered by the incompetence of this restaurant. By that time the line was significantly longer so we ended up having to wait another 30 minutes to get through. I had already paid and I couldnāt get a refund. This Taco Bell is EXTREMELY understaffed, they only have two people in the restaurant at all times, and they are also very underpaid (which is why they donāt have enough people). I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me ASAP and to correct this problem...

I figured I would just say thanks and have a goodnight until she hung up on me and would not answer the phone back. I am a manager myself and as a manager you do your best to help your customers "especially in customer service "not get pissed off and hang-up. Just because you're unprofessional I still paid MY MONEY FOR MY FOOD. I visit there quite often but you guys don't have to worry about me Coming back to that location because there were different ways she could have handled that situation and just clearly asked me to bring them back. I came through the drive through today and the staff at the drive through said - we are out of lettuce , tomatoes, and sour cream. I said ok give me a minute. Asked for a cravings box and could they put the quesadilla sauce on them ā he said Iāll have to upcharge you ā I said even though you donāt have sour cream ā Courtney then cuts in and said that the truck did not come and that they had to upcharge me ā I asked her why she had cut in (he had just said the same thing) I then try to proceed and say go ahead and upcharge me ā and she continues to talk over him ā i tell her he is literally trying to say the same thing and that I already said upcharge me ā she then refuses my order.
