Dunkin' — Restaurant in Greensboro

Walked in, stood at the front and looked at what donuts they had left. A lady yells out from the side of the store telling me the front is closed! Huh?! It’s 11:20 in the morning. Your front door is wide open and you’re telling me the front is closed and I have to go to the drive-thru to order??? (Meanwhile they always get orders WRONG in the drive thru) As I’m sitting here in front of the store writing this, a guy just parked and walked in. He had on a UPS outfit. He now walked out with a coffee and his donut. But when I walked in 2 min ago the front was closed??? Another man just walked in…I’m currently waiting to see if he is served.

Update: I asked the second man who walked out with his stuff if he order from the front and he told me yes, they took his order at the front. So I walked back in and asked them why did they just take 2 peoples orders but yet they are closed. The boy at the front said “I just gave it to him” I said what does that mean? You just gave it to him and he didn’t have to pay? They boy said yes! And it was the manager that told me the front was closed. Manager lady, maybe you should run the front while the boy is at the window. This store was NOT packed nor was the drive-thru. It could have took you all of 2 min to get my donuts but now neither me or anyone I know will be going to this store. Look at all the previous bad reviews about this store. Pretty soon It will have a new manager as they so desperately need one. Who ever owns this store please get a new manager because the one you have now is not a good look for your store. The new manager at this Dunkin’ Donuts really sucks. I hate that they put her hair. She has no compassion. She does not care for people and she has a nasty attitude. Every time I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts she says something different one time I came to the Dunkin’ Donuts I didn’t stop at the drive-through, I went straight up to the window because I placed my order for pick up. She says that I have to stop at the window and let them know that I am here so they can start to make my order now I stop at the window today and let them know that I was here. They said OK it took a while to get to the front at least 20 minutes and this is how my drink look so I asked her why did it look like that and I just stopped at the window she said they start making it as soon as I placed the order so that’s kind of contradicting what she originally told me there is no order I do not like her I see a lot of the people that have been there have quit and are no longer working there and I can see why please change Management because this lady is making this workplace stressful. I have been to this Dunkin a few times and never had an issue like I did today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my normal iced Caramel Craze latte WITH almond milk and got my dad a regular hot latte. The girl read my drinks back to me and said the iced latte with almond milk, so I know she heard me. When I got up to the window and they handed me the drinks, I noticed my tag on my cup said milk. So I told the lady at the window that it was supposed to be almond milk, thinking it wasn't a big deal, until she said it was rang up as whole milk. Odd because it was read back to me as almond milk. She proceeded to argue with me that it wasn't rang up that way and I told her I CAN'T DRINK REGULAR MILK and if it was such an issue to give me my money back. Then, she told me to pull forward and they would remake it (go figure). So I waited a few minutes and she came out with another one. No tag on the cup. The girl all but rushed back in and when I tasted it, it was again MADE WITH REGULAR MILK. I have half a mind to think she just gave me the original one they made and just took the tag off of it. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I had to pay the little extra to get them to make it with almond milk if that was the issue, but CLEARLY they just didn't want to fix their mistake.
