East Coast Wings + Grill — Restaurant in Greensboro

First their menu is a book. I'm just going to list everything else ; 1- wings were cold dry and over cooked . 2- tea was sugar water 3- barely any sauce on the wings 4-bartender blew her nose behind the bar and then handed a customer their check 5- off duty waitress drinking at the bar in uniform 6- over poured guest at the bar ( I saw a guy hug the bartender she asked him if he was driving and let him walk out) she should have called him a cab! 7- Slow service and I mean slow! 8- I asked for silverware and got a plastic to go fork and knife ! Really?! 9- the chicken wings came out at a different time than the rest of the food (fries cam out about five minutes later) 10- the music put me to sleep before the meal came out . They should play more upbeat music 11- yes I repeated number 3 . we asked for extra sauce on the wings and barely got any sauce on the wings . So we asked the waitress for more sauce and she brought out a Togo cup of sauce ( we were eating there)

How do you mess up chicken wings? I've had better chicken wings at the Chinese restaurant down the block. Their hot is mild and their mild is ketchup .

I have tried this place five times in 5 years and should have stopped after the first time . I heard that they did a remodel and figured I would try it to see if they had made some changes . Well they didn't . So this is a good review of a bad experience at this place . Seriously beware of this place if I could leave no stars I would. Some people leave just bad reviews but I leave both good and bad change this up and I will leave...

This is by far the worst restaurant to pick up from! I'm a delivery driver & I've been going here for the past two years for customers...You may be thinking why do you go there? Well its because the trips are priced higher sometimes and I dont always want to decline larger tips...Today I went to pickup an order and it took almost an entire hour...the order was placed at 5:20 PM and I didn't get it until 6:15pm... When I arrived the girl in the front said it would be 17 minutes so I went out to my car and talked on my phone. I came back about 15 minutes later and it still wasn't done. After waiting inside an additional 15 minutes I asked if they could prioritize my order because they were literally bringing out orders and letting them sit because nobody was there to pick them up. I'm not impatient nor do I think I should skip others but I do believe in common sense! Anyway after asking what was going on the cashier came out of the kitchen and said it'll "probably" be done in a few minutes at that point I had investing so much time that I didn't want to leave so about 5 minutes later a different girl emerged from the back and found my bag 2 ft away from the first person I asked...So basically she lied and was either intentionally trying to hold me up or just couldnt read...Anyway I'm never going back.I had already stopped accepting orders from there but now I see it's still the same dysfunctional system as before!!! I came in the restaurant on a Monday to order the Bone In wing special and a side Caesar salad.

There was only one guy handling take out. He was swamped with taking incoming calls, taking orders in person, and going back and forth to the kitchen to check on orders. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, I placed my order. I ordered 12 wings and asked if each order of 6 could be boxed separately. He said yes and I also reminded him again after I paid. I left and came back about 15 minutes later. I waited in line again for about 10 minutes, checked my order and all 12 wings were in one box and there was a Chef salad instead of a Caesar salad. At this point, I asked for a manager and had to wait about another 10 minutes for him to come out. The manager never once apologized for anything. He took the wings back after I told him I did not want my food taken back. I would have preferred him to just bring another box and I could have transferred the wings. The salad was completely wrong so I was ok with that being corrected. He assured me I would be refunded for the salad, but I never was. I never got any rewards points even though my rewards card was swiped. He did say that he wrote my name down to get an order of wings free next time I come, but why would I believe that when I wasn’t even refunded for...
