Nyla was my server. She did her best. She could not control what the kitchen did. The worst experience ever from the kitchen prospective. The food was horrible. My son's ribs were bloody.(the pregnant manager tried to tell me that it was supposed to look like that). My son is not a cooker. He said mommy something is wrong my food. Undercooked pork is not acceptable. Very dangerous and my son has diabetes. Next my husband asked for egg fried hard. It came out runny. In an effort to make the best of it he just asked for another egg. He didnt eat the burger. Next food my got the pizza and asked that onions and green peppers. Well they just threw the onions and peppers on the pizza.. They were still raw. I also asked for the pizza to be well done as well. I sent the pizza back asked that it be corrected. She brings the pizza back with grilled onions on it. SO INSTEAD OF PUTTING back in the oven you put grilled onions on it. How disgusting is that/ Especially since I hate caramelized onions. It's SAD TO SEE THAT YOU ATTEMPTED TO REBRAND. YOU cannot Rebrand with the sane attitude. The same actions which cause you to have to Rebrand to began with. Your manager not one time came over to apologize for the kitchen errors. It was not the server because I was close enough to hear exactly what she told them. So, I went to the bar where she was making her an ice cream Sunday to eat herself. Instead of seeking to hear my concerns. She was listening to respond and not to hear what I had to say. She was aware of what was going on because my server when to the booth she was sitting at. The booth was in my line of vision( she had a laptop out and paperwork. Nothing to important that she couldn't come over and address a guess that had sent 3 items back, She could care less, If she is going to be in leadership. She need to be retrained. it was my daughter birthday. My oldest daughter didnt eat her burger she brought it home and ate it the next morning after she added her lettuce's and mayo, tomato, WHICH WAS LEFT OFF AT THE RESTUARNT!. She didnt send it back because she was afraid they would do something to the food. The last most important thing. When attempting to call complaint in verbally. The call gets disconnected. Horrible service!!!!!! From my line of vision I could see the kitchen as well. The young lady cooking had a nasty attitude. Incidentally as we were leaving someone from another table in the back sent their egg back too. It was not fried hard...
Read moreMy rating for this location has been 5 stars for 5 years, until today. I've used catering at this restaurant and at one point went there weekly when i was pregnant. Today we went for my husband's birthday and we had a party of 10.
Initially they said it would be a 15 minute wait. Reasonable. Until it was actually a 30 minute wait. And when we got to the table. There were two other sections available to seat us. There was no large party leaving or that left while we were waiting.
My mother in law can't eat beef for health reasons, so she ordered a turkey burger. She got beef, so she had to wait longer for another burger.
Then we asked for extra napkins and ranch. I was done eating before we got the napkins, and the ranch had crumbs in it.
We asked for forks for the cake we brought and asked for the birthday song. It took 15 minutes for the forks and another 10 for the song.
The check never came. We asked about it and the waitress (jasmine) added it to the kiosk. It worked for one person and then the second couple couldn't get anything to pull up. She fixed it and they were able to pay. The next couple had issues as well and just asked for Paper tickets. She "fixed" it again on the kiosk and so there were 3 ppl left but several leftover tickets and they weren't accurate. For example, guest one was a kids meal but on the ticket said it was a burger. This entire process was at least a half an hour. So everyone is getting frustrated. The first couple that had already paid was told by the waitress that they needed to pay a second time for their drinks because they were duplicated on the check. They didn't even argue even though they had already paid once. They paid for a second set of drinks and there were still additional duplicates. We asked for the manager three times during this process and the manager (Kailyn) never came to even acknowledge us or ask what was the problem.
All we wanted to do was pay the bill. But had we all just walked out after struggling thru it for 30 minutes, we would have been the bad guys. Step it up. The manager should have definitely got involved....
Read moreBefore 2017 this place was great. But now this place has become a victim of Affirmative Action. They are obviously hiring based on how dark your skin is, not on your job skills. We have been going to this restaurant over 8 years now, but this week when we went it was a whole different experience. 8pm on a Monday, probably only 6 other groups eating at the restaurant. No one came to our table in 15 minutes, so we moved to a different section. After alerting the hostess that we had moved sections, it was still another 10 minutes before they took our drink order. A full 30 minutes in the restaurant before we had our drinks. Should have left at this point, but we were humored by the outlandishly low quality of new restaurant staff. The food was âokâ, but defiantly not what anyone expects from Red Robin. I asked to see the manager, and for some reason the waiter repeated my question back to me. I said yes. Before the waiter left the table, he asked me if I was sure that I wanted to see a manger, and I concurred a second time. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked the waiter once again for the manager, and he again weirdly repeated my question back to me, which I concurred for a third time. After talking to the 'manager', I got the feeling that she didnât really care that their service sucked, so I gave up. No reason to go back to this place, there are too many other eating options on the same street. This restaurant is on the âfar-whiteâ side of town, and before 2017 it had a similar employee demographic. but I swear this time I didnât see a single Caucasian, Asian or Mexican employee in the restaurant. The âhostessâ, bartender, busboys, cooks and manager were apparently all âAffirmative Actionâ employees. Did this discriminatory hiring have any effect on the quality of the restaurant?...
