Past employee :: i do not recommend spending your money here/eating here. manager would have us serve day(s) old bread, day(s) old cookies, the line was rarely flipped (so if you got some food near the bottom there is no telling how old it is), after power outages and food had gone bad, they still served the food (both myself and another coworker got food poisoning from this but the bosses said our sickness wasn’t from their food), i came into work in early april 2021 and the cooler was past 65°f (meats and cheeses are to be stored at 45°f or cooler otherwise food goes bad) and the manager told me to still set out the food even though after checking the temperatures on the items they were all over 65°f (gross and unsafe). After this incident i ended up calling the health department and AFTER that, the manager decided to shut down the store and throw out the old food, but only because the health department was coming. These people will ignore your health just to get a few extra bucks in their pockets. very rude owners (except for Ali). I have had multiple complaints about the manager Arya from multiple different customers. They are unfair to their workers and customers. Nothing is ever properly cleaned there. Read moreI’ve been to hundreds of subways all over North and South America and this was by far the worst treatment I have ever seen by Subway staff. “We don’t honor any discounts or coupons that corporate advertises” was the first words out of the employees mouth. And then after purchasing 3 meals there was an argument about the ability to get a promotion cup for my girlfriend’s son despite the clear language on the sign behind them that it was an additional charge.
It was the most cringe, obstructive attitude I have ever seen at a subway- and me and my entire party agreed we would never return to this location.
The blonde kid was clearly trying to help, but the manager kept interjecting and highjacking the conversation with objections.
Subway corporate would shut this store down if it watched the video from 8:30/2025...
