The health department needs to visit this place ASAP!!

First off the lady lied on the phone about the portion sizes and price. But when I walked in it smelled like trash and very stale. I almost didn’t want to get my food anymore but considering how hungry I was I decided to still get the food. There was also a big spill of liquids on the floor. But the food was called in and still was cold af and tasted old. Mind you it’s only 1:30pm in the afternoon.

All food should be fresh and the restaurant should smell good like food. Not one scent of food so this place is going down hill. I’ve been coming here for yrs and never been disappointed not until today. My plate that cost over $11 had stale and minimal veggies, hard dry rice and only 7 pieces of shrimp. She argued with me that this is normal and lied about how she explained the menu to me on the phone.

I at least was hoping good customer service would come out and she’d offer me more shrimp since the error was on her end for not explaining the menu correctly. She said if we want extra shrimp it’ll cost $10.95 but I paid that plus taxes for 7 shrimp and dry bland food.

She insisted she didn’t say what I know she told me on the phone. Didn’t offer to correct the mistake and again that place stinks so bad, and it was dirty. Such a turn off. I haven’t consistently eaten here in yrs but I’m familiar with the food and it’s never like this. I will never be returning.

The customer service is bad, the place is smaller than I remember but dirty and the smell was horrible and there was no food cooking on the grill. Meaning they’re preparing food ahead of time and just handing it out when we order.

Also she was trying to clean up the spill when I walked in, didn’t change her gloves and serviced me with the dirty hands, like she touched my fork with dirty hands. I’m disgusted and will never return. Please don’t ever go here the food cost way too much for the portions, doesn’t taste good/fresh anymore and the customer service...

Very rude customer service… our first time there so we decided to try it. We went to the register to order and while we are asking questions in the middle of the order she walks away and then finally came back. We asked her about if they substituted the chicken for different flavors in the combination plates and she said yes so my BF asked for sesame chicken with his steak and chicken and I asked for shrimp and chicken. We get the order and it’s hibachi chicken and steak and a sesame chicken plate. So I went up there to tell her the first plate can stay the same but the second plate was supposed to be shrimp and chicken and proceeded to say what I said up there… she then says no I told you your order and wouldn’t you think those were two separate things… I said no that’s why he asked you multiple times when we were ordering if he could substitute…. She then gets snippy about how it’s two separate things… we ended up leaving and getting a refund. She blamed it on being understaffed but she was the one who made the mistake…. And couldn’t...

BEWARE!!!!!THEY DO NOT CHANGE GLOVES AFTER THEY CLEAN BEFORE TOUCHING YOUR FOOD!!!!. I HAVE ESPECIALLY CAUGHT THE WOMAN WITH THE SHORT HAIR DOING THIS TWO TIMES!!! 1ST TIME SHE WAS CLEANING THE TABLES INSIDE THE RESTAURANT & DIDNT CHANGE HER GLOVES BEFORE HANDLING MY FOOD. SHE ALSO USED HER DIRTY GLOVE TO FILL MY CUP AT THE SODA MACHINE (WHICH LOOKS DIRTY). I WAS SO DISGUSTED THAT I ASKED HER ABOUT IT. SHE THEN ACTS LIKE I ASKED AN AWFUL QUESTION, THEN CHANGES HER GLOVES, GIVES ME A NEW CUP, AND KEEPS ASKING ME IF SHE NEEDS TO CHANGE HER GLOVES AGAIN AFTER TAKING MY CREDIT CARD. I WALKED OUT AND LEFT THE FOOD. 5 MONTHS LATER I COME BACK AND I SEE THE SAME WOMAN CLEANING THE TABLES THAY ARE OUTSIDE AS IM PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT.
