It is sooo hit & miss at this location. Depending on who is at the register determines how serious they take you as a customer and how fast they fix your order. A few of the workers have no sense of urgency or a persons time. The other day I got a song and dance while I waited (literally). This morning I spent almost 20 minutes waiting for my order and my breakfast sandwich had not even been started yet. After already paying, I left without it. The clerk was having a convo with another regular laughing and joking. Which wasn't a problem until I realized my food was not even cooking. How upsetting. .

Read moreI simply wanted a plain black coffee. I was the first customer in the door, asked for coffee, black, with room for water. They offered to put water in it (nice) and off I went. It tasted as if it had been in a burned pot for a week! Way way way too strong and bitter. I poured 1/2 out and added my own water to make it somewhat palatable...but, alas, it did not. Usually if this happens, the barista would generously fix the order.
