Subway — Restaurant in Greensboro

It seems like each time that I go in to order a sub the employees don't want to be there working and don't make you feel welcomed. On two occasions I have tried to redeem points from my subway rewards and the staff did not have knowledge on how to do so. The first time the employee told me that she didn't know how to do it so I wouldn't be able to redeem any points. As of today I asked the employee that I wanted to redeem my points for 4 cookies for my kids and I got charged for them. The person who helped me said she could not do nothing about being charged since sge had already charged me and tge drawer was closed. Luckily the manager was outside and I made him aware of the issue and the other staff person that was outside with him told her to refund me my money. Can't follow simple instructions. My fiance ordered the subs of today and they put the subs in the bag bit lied and told my fiance that the cookies were in the bag. I called up there a few minutes before they closed and complained about missing items. Some guy tried to rudely tell me that we ordered the meal with chips when thats not in fact what we ordered as you can see on the receipt. Instead of him being rude, he couldve at least said just come up there tomorrow with the receipt and they can accommodate me. If you can't follow simple instructions that are right in front of you, you don't need to work there. So ridiculous how people feel that they can be rude to you for their mistake. For the last 2 weeks Ive been going to this subway due to visiting family in the area . This place is a hit or miss location. I highly recommend going during the day the staff is very friendly and fast. In particular their is an African American Gentleman that is super sweet and he goes above and beyond to fix any issues you may have. Unfortunately i would not recommend going here at night , the staffs customer service is very poor.
