I came across this Black owned restaurant from just doing a random search on google as I always do when I’m looking for new establishments to check out. I instantly searched it on Instagram and loved what my eyes had seen, I’m from NYC so vibe and esthetics are always at the top of my list. Not to mention the food was very eye catching! I reserved a table to celebrate a close friend’s birthday and she was very pleased with the ambiance when we arrived. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by the bartender and server India. We were seated and offered glasses of water which I appreciated so much because many restaurants fall short on quickly servicing guest with at least a glass of water upon seating them, which is huge pet peeve of mines. We ordered their Patron flight which I believe to be a signature drink and it was not only a cute set up but it tastes great. The bartender was even kind enough to swap out 1 of the flights with Don Julio Reposado because I’m not really into Patron so I appreciated the accommodation. For appetizers we ordered their spinach dip and the jerk chicken egg rolls which were 10/10. I have no complaints of how the food tastes it was delicious and I highly recommend anyone to try that selection. We decided to depart earlier than anticipated so we skipped out on dinner but I love the variety of food options and will be back to eat again. Overall the experience was wonderful and I’d recommend this place for date night, birthday celebration or a calm evening out with friends or family. I believe it’s owned by a black woman which I admire very much! We need more black woman owned businesses with our community Check this restaurant out asap!

First things first i have to start off by saying I just love a place that matches my style because when you go out and you're looking all good and feeling good and you want to take pictures for everyone to see this lounge does not disappoint! It's so modern and stylish inside everything matches that night out on the town energy...it gives off first class luxury all around starting with the look to the vibes and even down to the pretty plates of food and cocktails. Secondly it's even better when not only does everything look great but the food and drinks also taste great as well. The portion sizes are plentiful compared to the prices and that's hard to come these days to get more bang for your buck! Everything was delicious I had the salmon but I especially highly recommend their macaroni and cheese lawd I could eat bowls of that on its on. Also the cocktails taste great and come out filled to the top and photo worthy. Lastly the service is so inviting and attentive its honestly refreshing. The wait staff are informative and helpful when it comes to the menu and the owners even check up on you to make sure everything is up to par to your liking. So glad to not only have a place that offers a great vibe with a luxury setting and good tasting food but the cherry on top is forsure knowing the lounge is Black owned. Definitely recommend checking it out because they even have different themes on certain days of the week like Redeye Wednesdays where the red wine is half off etc. So come and make a reservation because this is forsure getting added to my regular spots in the Boro!

I recently visited Greensboro for a concert and decided to grab dinner at First Class Luxury Lounge based on a recommendation. I'm so glad I did! The place is cozy, so I'd recommend making a reservation. Even though we were late, the manager, Jasmine, was incredibly accommodating and honored our reservation. We only had time for a quick drink (Margarita, lemon drop and Cosmopolitan) and a salad, but everything was delicious. I also tried the smoked Mac and cheese, which was fantastic. The food we saw others order looked amazing, so I'm definitely planning to come back for a full meal. Our waitress, also named Jasmine, was exceptional. She provided excellent service and made us feel so welcome. Overall, a great experience, and I can't wait to come back, especially for their brunch, as recommended by the staff. Highly recommend checking this place out!

While this restaurant has a promising vision, its operations and service fall short of expectations. Labeling it as "first-class" is a stretch, as my experience did not reflect the level of service one would expect from such an establishment.

My family gathered from various states for an event, and coincidentally, it was one family member’s birthday. To celebrate, we booked a birthday dinner well in advance, reserving four tables under different names, all scheduled for 8 PM. One reservation, for eight guests, required a $100 deposit. Ultimately, we only needed three of the four tables, but upon arrival, the restaurant appeared unprepared. While one table was seated immediately, the remaining two—one for eight and another for six—were left waiting for 20 minutes, despite the restaurant not being at full capacity. There was little to no communication regarding the delay.

Once seated, two of our tables were promptly served, while the table of eight—where I was dining—was inexplicably served last. Although we provided our drink and appetizer orders, the server refused to take our food orders at the same time, explaining that the kitchen would be overwhelmed. I attempted to order a Moscow Mule, which the bar was unable to make, and another guest requested soda water with her drink, which was unavailable.

When our meals finally arrived—after more than an hour—we were given plastic forks but no knives. I was unable to cut or properly enjoy my dish, and my frustration reached its peak, prompting me to send the meal back. Everyone in our party thought the food was underwhelming but we were so hungry everyone ate without compliant (except myself). By the time we left the restaurant, nearly two hours and 45 minutes had passed since our reservation time. We had post-dinner plans, but the disappointing experience dampened everyone’s spirits.

Beyond the delays and disorganization, the service was average at best. The staff was not particularly welcoming, and our server could have done a better job communicating. The ambiance also lacked refinement, with a speaker placed on the floor instead of a built-in sound system. Meals were served on plastic dishware, and even basic drink options were unavailable. After paying a $100 deposit and reading the rules and regulations I was expecting a first class experience and that we did...

I want to start this review off by saying that the level of unprofessionalism that I just endured is absolutely crazy. My friends and I made reservations for the restaurant weeks ago. We arrived at 2:00PM (the time of our reservation) just for it to be a line outside. Everyone that was standing in the line had reservations as well. So after waiting for 40 minutes we were seated.

Once seated our waitress came up to the table and essentially said they were going to have to wait on drinks due to there being no clean glasses. We agreed and placed our order for food and let her know what we wanted to drink so that we could get them once there were clean glasses. It took them forever to bring us anything to drink and once we got our drinks we barely got refills.

Now onto the food situation. It is important to know that I and I alone received my egg rolls before anybody at my table received any of their food. After speaking with the manager she said that the egg rolls are essentially appetizers. Which is not indicated anywhere on the menu. My friend received her potatoes and bacon before her main food was brought out. When I say that the food didn’t come out nearly at the same time I mean that my egg rolls were on the table 1 hour before anybody else got their food. They also don’t seem to have a system to bringing things out because things are often forgotten.

Time situation: As indicated in the beginning we showed up at 2 and did not leave until 4:50pm. Two hours and 50 minutes for cold waffles, cold sides, non refilled drinks. However, I am not the only person who complained. There were so many people complaining about the service. Including tables who got up and left.

You are probably wondering if I spoke to a manager. Yes I did. They gave me around $7 off a $70 bill and then put gratuity on the bill. Oh and they gave my party of 5 three shots of house tequila to try and make it better. Which I left on the table. I believe in tipping but I believe in getting what you pay for and to me the service doesn’t match the pricing. You can get a better and cheaper meal at...

My party and I (of 5 people total) had a 2pm reservation. We arrived to the restaurant around 1:45pm to a line of people out the door who also had reservations. At this point, we could tell that they were backed up, but we were never told this or notified from any member of the staff. We waited around an hour to be seated, without anyone greeting us or making sure we had arrived or anything. Waited for over an hour to be seated. Once we were seated, We noticed that people after us receive their drinks before we did. It took around 30 minutes for us to receive water, while it took an additional 20 minutes to get water refills upon request. Our food order was taken when we sat, which was at 3:15 or so (over a hour after our reservation time). We did not get food until 4:15/4:30, in which our sides came out before our main course. Our main courses was also cold. I was offered a fresh new plate, however it never arrived until we had already paid and were walking out the door (to which i respectfully declined). Our waiter never came back to check on us during the long waiting time as well.

With all of this, we asked for a manager to speak to - in which the owner came to hear our complaints. We were offered free shots - in which we only received 3 shots, and we were an apart of 5 people all sitting together (were we suppose to share the shots?). Needless to say we did not drink those shots. They however were “generous” enough to give us a discount - however it was a total of $4.17 off my check, while one of the people at the table’s discount was $1.70.

Overall, it was a horrible experience. Only 1 staff member was actually very sweet and kind, I wish I would’ve gotten his name. The tables beside us and all throughout the restaurant had complaints as well. 0/10, would...
