Taqueria El Torito — Restaurant in Greensboro

If there was an option not to give this place a star I wouldn’t even dare to do so😡!!!! (This is for the Taqueria restaurant on W. Gate City Blvd)This literally just happened yesterday (11/17/2020)first of all the lady at the drive thru was on her phone when i was ordering our food, i order a pineapple drink and a churro and my sister orders a plain chicken taco and a chicken sope. The lady at the drive thru(Diana or Diane) she has red hair when she took out order she was on the phone texting not paying attention then as we proceed to pay for our food she hands us two bags with two lunch boxes inside, once we get home we noticed that 1) we never received the taco and 2) she gave me the wrong bag with the churro in it inside the lunchbox was a half eaten sushi plate with chopsticks inside and it had Diana’s name written at top the box. So my sister goes back up there with the receipt and she says that she told them about the wrong food inside the gurl Diana was hiding inside the bathroom then when she came out they proceed to laugh at my sister taunting her basically not caring they she put HER food and gave it to a customer that’s disgusting!!!!!! and they called her names( she said she called all kinds of b**) and told her they didnt care....I recommend ANYONE not to go back to their establishment they were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY UNSANITARY I will be contacting the owner or whoever is over this...

We have went here a few times the food is great it's the service we were told they were open until 10 and the past 2 times we have came to grab some tacos their open sign still on windows open we go up no they won't take our order and they are closed they said and we got there both times before 9 so either u need to change ur time to say closes when they feel like it and then the time we have been able to enjoy the food it has no more that $22 for what we get now the price changes every time it will be 22 one day 27 the next 30 and at always get the same thing so I'm not understanding that but they had not if they were boyfriends or husbands outside that rush whoever inside to hurry up so they can go when they have ppl wanting food waiting only to be told closed and it's not even time to be and don't ask for extra green sauce up be told no even...

I’ve been to this taco truck over 10 times in a few years. There are two ladies in particular who are very rude every time I come. Sometimes, I won’t even order if I see them working. There used to be an older lady and older gentleman taking the orders when the truck first opened. I had the best experience with them. Also, if the two rude ladies are working; the prices will be different. I order the same thing almost every time. If they aren’t working, it’s about $13. If they are, it somehow gets to $26. I waited to make a review until I’d been to the truck and adequate amount of times. All in all, watch your food to make sure it’s correct, ask for an itemized receipt or a cost breakdown, and just simply don’t come if you don’t like...
