Dirty Fries - Extra on the Dirty — Restaurant in Greensboro

Soooo the first time I went in here there were 4 people behind the counter gathered together. I walked in they just stared at me for what seemed like a pretty long time, like I was disturbing them. NO one smiled or looked welcoming, & none of them greeted me.

Someone walked over and asked “can I help you” I’m like “yea I want to order food”. There was a menu but I wasn’t sure what to do or how to order… so I’m just standing there awkwardly like okaay…. So how does this work & she explained it. I ordered. The food was pretty delicious!! I liked it. This time… I forgot what I ordered. Sorry 😬

I went again. Food was good. ✅ I went again. ❌Couldn’t order at 7:40pm because they closed at 8….?🤔 Honey you’re not gourmet. If you close at 8 close at 8. If you close at 7:40pm lock your door and close at 7:40pm. A regular restaurant will still let people in. I understand you have to clean up but a business should close at its scheduled time 🤷🏽‍♀️

I love french fries so yes I went again 😂 They have bone in chicken now! Which tastes very good. Good seasoning. 😋 They could fry it a but harder tho, and give a little bit more fries. You could smell the seasoning thru the bag 😌😌😌 I order Garlic Parm wings.

Service is very stale❌ and not so friendly. Food is decent.✅ I do recommend bone-in wings (fried hard). ✅ Chicken on fries. ✅ Disappointed they switched to seasoned fries because it makes things a lot saltier!! 😖

Fried chicken on fries was a bit dry ❌ Crab tastes way too fishy❌ & I LOVE crab 😞 Funnel Cake was waaay too sweet without the powdered sugar. 🥴 I couldn’t tolerate it. The batter is too sweet.

Last time my order was very wrong and there was hair in my food ❌❌❌ but I didn’t want to complain so I didn’t.

If I didn’t like fries 🍟 so much I would have been stopped going. But I tried to keep giving it a chance since it was black owned and a small business. I tried 🤷🏽‍♀️...

Wonderful service....I ordered from this place twice and each time and didn't disappoint. So ill start of with two key points here,which is 1) I live in greensboro and had no idea what this place was like until I was looking for a perfect to eat from on postmates with no exact item or place in mind. I came across the place dirty fries and was very intrigued but but being a non meat eater I noticed they had beyond burger option so I ordered it was fast and still hot when arrived to my house. I ordered a week later and got the same thing as before but they were out of vegan cheese still wanted the order same as before plus the sauce on the down under fries is amazing I was told 20 min kind of strange but was ok with it. I had it picked up since I wasn't leaving the house that night. Food gets me and I noticed there was cheese on the big Mac fries and on the burger was very scared immediately called back because I'm allergic to cheese and got the owner who was very kind as well as the young lady who answers the phone. He explained to me that they were defined out of vegan cheese but we left to go get some vegan cheese to make my experience amazing hints the 20 min time line... I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I was very pleased even more to patronize this business again for their above and beyond experience that just doesn't come with food service places anymore unless there is fine silverware and linen on tables. Which brings me to my 2) point I never do reviews EVER until now due to my experiences both times. THANK YOU SO MUCH ILL BE...

So I finally went to this place after all of the ads and things that I seen in. I'm in the middle of how I feel. So I give it 3 stars for the Greensboro location. Customer Service was supar and not very friendly. She really didn't speak till I did. But I have a big personality so I got her to open up a lil. Looks like they need help. I ask for water. And she warned me about it being unfiltered. Thank God. But no one seemed to have a solution. Not even a bottle of water. She mention they didn't have those water or soda guns. I watched her pour my sprite from a 2 liter bottle . Strange right, at least take it to the back so customers don't see it. SMH. The fries were ok. I would get more fries again, I got the down under. But that chicken. I have been in the BOH and that chicken was not fresh and it looked like it was cooked over and over and over again. It's was dry and hard. I didn't even eat the rest. That soul roll was ok but that sweet sauce OMG no thank you. I ask for napkins and she pas me more plastic ware with the little tissue that comes with it. Over all I like the environment, they had board games and an outside patio that I thought was really cool. That bathroom mirror was filthy, I mean just filthy. I left my number to the lady for the manager to give me a call. Cause I know I can boost this...
