If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I had ordered food for delivery and when I found out that they would take longer than an hour to deliver, I called back right away to cancel my order. They didn't answer the phone for over 20 minutes. Once I finally got them to answer I explained that this was unprofessional and I didn't have the time to wait for over an hour for food. We reached an agreement that he would refund 20 of the 30 dollars to my card, the food was 24 dollars and I pretipped 6 dollars. after a week, the money had still not been refunded back to my card so I called to inquire what was going on. The person that answered the phone was the same guy I had talked to the original day and claimed he knew nothing and for me to file a complaint with the manager who is supposedly in the shop only one day a week (more lies). While I'm still talking he hangs up on me. I call back and he says he hung up because he had nothing more to say. Worst customer service. Ordered from Tito's based on the great reviews. I used the Slice App and pre-ordered for the NEXT day at an exact time for a business I was doing a presentation. At 11:57 the day of delivery I received a text that the order was out for delivery. It never arrived at the store. Called Tito's and was told that it was delivered last night, there was nothing they could do about it and they hung up. Called the Slice App, who called Tito's and they said the order was delivered and accepted nothing they could do. I stated that the order was delivered on the WRONG day and the WRONG time. Nothing they can do. They finally offered to replace the order with 2 large cheese pizzas and not the 4 specialty pizzas that I had already ordered and paid for. I declined and am disputing the charge. In the end they blamed me for ordering correctly and would not make right the fact that they delivered on the wrong day and time. Found this place on google when searching for delivery near holden road so I figured I would give it a try. Ordered a steak & cheese sub with french fries today for lunch. delivery from holden to bishop took about 40 minutes (considering rush traffic & cooking thats not terrible) but after getting my food and tasting it, not so much. The fries were frozen and tasted sort of freezer burnt, I wasn't expecting homemade fries to begin with but these were just pretty awful and they had a dash of seasoning salt on them maybe to try and cover that taste up. But the steak and cheese sub wasn't much better either, very greasy lettuce was soggy, pickled jalapenos not fresh, and the steak was very chewy; sort of like a mystery meat. Food wasn't terrible but I don't think I would order from here again. Especially after the 13 dollar bill, and the 6 dollar tip I left the driver it definitely wasn't worth the money.
