I have alot to say. First n foremost. We have been comming here. Over a year. Because. The food. Is pretty decent. N flavored. Ok. Moving on. We went here last night. Around 5 30 is. Waited on line. Went real fast. Seated. Went to bathroom. To wash hands. A little girl. Just about under 3 yrs old. With her mom on phone. The little girl. Was hopping. Jumping. Landing down on n all over the floor. Rubbing the floor with her bare hands. Than rubbing the walls with her hands. Mother. Could care less. Absolutely. Disgusting n germ intestate. Ok moving on. Upon getting some food. I have seen kids. Way out of control. Jumping around. Running. Top speed. U name it. Last night. Was a horrific nightmare. Omgggg. Running Jumping. Pretend burping. At the food. The place was over crowded. And the biggest pig slop. Filthy sight everywhere. Food allover. And all over the floor. Major slip n slide. Little kids. Running all around the food stations. Touching everywhere. Ware they can burn themselves. Parents couldn't care less. Major child neglect. Sitting down eating. Kids standing on chairs. Or sitting with there feet up. So u see the bottoms of there shoes or Running top speed all around the table a multitude of kids. At different tables. Again. Zero parent supervision. A serious accident. Is right there. God Forbid but true. Upon that. Sweeping up at tables while eating. Is a definite. Don't u dare. Why. Because that carpet. Is so filthy. When swept. That stirs up the dirt n dust partials. Up in the air. N falls down onto u n the food. Plus. It smells putrid While eating most no one ever covers there mouth. Coughing. Out into the open. Zero manners. At the upmost danger level. Furthermore. Filthy hands. And touching salt n pepper shakers. And soy sorce Omg. Total disgust. With workers. Whiping down Filthy tables. With the same Filthy dirty rag. Major disease. Altho. They are nice. But with dirty hands giving u your drink glasses. Further on. Go to bathroom to wash hands. Several kids. Washing there hands. Touching faucet handles. No parent assist. And one little girl. Was burned by using hot first. Wich the hot water is scalding hot. Needs to be fixed. Asap. So onto the buffet. One Spanish worker. Whom don't like me. Purposely. Banged into me n proceeded to pile high the crispy shrimp. Ware it was falling all on the counter. Without any care what soever. Puts in back onto the tray. That is massive contamination. As I also witnessed. A young girl. Streaming. And putting her hands all over the glass shield. Niceeeeee. Ohhhh and by the way. Not only are Children. Helping them selves. To plate. Picking food with there hands. Eating it right there. With no gloves. So all the filth that continues hardly anyone touches the serving spoons without protection. N eat with there hands. When sitting. Including most adults. Can you say botulism. With beyond massive diseases. The owner n staff. Need nowwwww to step it up. Board of helth. Walks in. And trouble will begin. This was worse. Than anything. I've ever seen. I will say. Since going. I've never been sick. Here from food. But was deathly sick. From a toddler. That coughed chronic for over two hours. If your kids are sick. Stay home. Including. U parents. And for the love of God. Teach them to cover your mouths. For the respect of others. Or don't come in. It's disgusting. N massive disrespectful. N one other thing. The sushi bar. Is a Filthy contaminated. Nightmare. All tongs used on all raw. N non raw sushi. Extreamly bad. And contamination at its finest. Not only that. Nothing is labeled as to what it is. So with all I said OWNERS STEP IT UP. NOW. FIX THE NIGHTMARE. AND MAKE SHURE YOUR CAMERS OR ON N ROLLING. Read moreOk so ive bern coming here since I moved to Greensboro in 2014 2015ish. I have heard different stories bout this place but always stood by them. But yesterday I dont know what happened. Usually I get to go but yesterday I had like 3 hours before I went to a movie and decided to eat in (something i have done 2 times before). Getting sat was a breeze. Food was ok up until the point I got hibachi. I hate the rice on the hibachi side. Its too dry for me and I dont like the way it taste when they finish cooking it with the meats so I get the rice on the hot side and meat on hibachi side. It’s normally fine the cooks will fry up everything and I ask for extra garlic cause I like it like that. Yesterday I did what I normally do get the rice from the hot side and put RAW Chicken and Raw shrimp on it. The cook completely ignored me when I told him extra garlic please . Told him twice. I then proceeded to walk away and get another plate cause usually it takes some time but I kept coming back to check on it. The dude decided to cook my meat not my rice. And put everything back on the rice that the raw chicken has touched. This is where everything went wrong. I picked it up and walked back to my table. I put it at the end. The waitress looked at me and i said you can take it I’m not eating that. Raw food touched cook rice. (If i wanted sushi I did but they didn’t have the nigiri I wanted I would have gotten it). Read moreSo I’m not a big fan of this buffet. The hibachi is probably the best part about this. I come here with my boyfriend who absolutely loves this place. And I come here with him because I love him. I’ve never been a big fan of Chinese or Japanese food. I like how they have a good selection for people like me who don’t particularly care for Asian food. It’s just the other selection is horrible. The food I would eat just taste really old. It’s what I imagine prison food would taste like. The hibachi bar in the back is usually where I head to. The only thing about the bar that concerns me is the stacks of raw meat that you choose from. The steak was stacked so high (over 1 feet) that I’m not sure how they keep it to the temperature it need to be to be safe to store. Like I’m sure there is ice or refrigeration under the pan it sits on. But when it stacks that high, what’s keeping the top layers in the “safe zone” for not growing bacteria. And then. There was a customer in front of me, not wearing a glove who grabbed the tongs to get a piece of meat from the top. Again, the top layer of meat is 1 foot above the pan!! He lays the tong back on the top layer of meat where the handle he touched is now touching meat. It’s very unsanitary. And they provide gloves but don’t enforce it because there were many people who were grabbing food and not wearing them. With that being said, the most sanitary place in the restaurant I saw was the bathroom. It was very clean. Not only was it clean, there were no cracks between the doors.
