The most unprofessional and ghetto Popeyes I have ever been too. Ordered via app, we decided not to drive there immediately to give them time to make our food. We get to the drive thru and the food is not ready, no biggie. They ask us to pull into the first handicapped spot so we did, after waiting about 20 mins and seeing multiple people walk in and out getting their food we decided to go inside to see what was going on. We get inside and they never had our order even ready. We still were trying to get our food until the front cashier asked us “what yall order” yeah no I literally stared at her for a whole minute cause I could not believe she just asked that stupid question. I am not repeating my order when you can look at the screen and read it! She proceeded to say “well I don’t work in drive thru and only handle orders at the front and in store mobile orders, but I was trying to make your food” I’ve worked in fast food myself read the drive thru screen and stop being lazy. I ordered a fish sandwich, but they only had one that had been sitting there for who knows how long. They ended up giving that fish sandwich to other individual who had been waiting for their food. Before the cashier gave him the fish sandwich, she opens it to check to see if it was fresh. Based on her facial expression it was not and she proceeded to still give the man the fish sandwich. At this point, I don’t even want the food. Because for one I know I will have to wait even longer and it’s obvious this establishment does not know what they are doing which to me gave me concerns about if the food would even be safely prepared. So I asked for a refund, although the customer service was horrible the manager did offer to make my food, he didn’t say fresh but he did offer to make my food. He stated that the drive thru cashier was suppose to tell us to come inside and get our order, not to park. Nobody came out to say anything instead they let us sit and wait. That still doesn’t explain why the food wasn’t even ready. There was another lady in there who sounded like she was dealing with a similar situation as us as well. , I declined, luckily I ordered off the app and the refund was given back and was an easy process. The workers who look like a bunch of confused teenagers/adults. Flies flying around everywhere. Yeah no I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They are a new location and already have a 2.1 rating. They need to close this place down or fire the staff they have and hire some new better workers. Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I for sure would give it to this location. For starters, this location has a 2-lane drive thru but midday 12pm on a Thursday, only one lane is open. I get behind the only car that was in the drive thru for us both to have to sit at least five minutes before someone hopped on the intercom to take our order. Like I said, midday on a Thursday and I try to order a chicken sandwich and there’s a 8-12 minute wait cause it’s cooking like what???? Confusion. Employee finally brings my order to my car after 15 minutes and only brings me one sweet heat sauce. What am I gonna do with that with my chicken sandwich, fries, and mac and cheese?? I asked for 2 more, she explains it 60 cents for each and I also have to hop back in line. For 2 sauces???? I’m for sure not hopping back in the drive thru that I just waited in for 20 minutes so imma just QUICKLY run in and pay $1.20 for two sauces. Little did I know, it was not quickly because I was in there for 10-15 for two little ole sauces. It’s only one cashier but two register’s. Miss cashier is doing five jobs at once. She stops taking orders up front to go pack mobile orders, online/pickup orders, organizing the chicken, all the meanwhile did not wash her hands. And I know she didn’t cause I watched her go from the register to packing chicken with my own eyes while also doing it with no gloves. Read moreI went to Popeyes on W Market St Greensboro NC abd the manager was very nasty at me thru the drive thru window. There were 2 cars ahead of me that drive of. I got to the window and my cell phone died as I attempted to transfer money to my visa card to use. I told the person at the window, just a moment, my phone was turning back on. I heard a loud commotion to the other side of the person at the window, not thinking it was about me. Next the person at the window asked me to move to a parking space away from the window. I told her I was transferring the money now and attempted to hand my card to her, when she said to the manager, "she's not moving".The next thing I knew, a person in a gray top and dark pants, I assume is the manager, since she was dressed differently, yelled at me to move out of the way because they had more customers than me to take care of and stormed off, not allowing and answer from me. The drive-thru person appeared afraid. I told her that I no longer wanted the good and would take my business elsewhere because that manager didn't have to talk to me like that and walked off. That manager was yelling at me from inside the store to move out the way and didn't care if I went somewhere else, that they had more customers than me. At this time, I saw one car pull up behind me. I told thr drive thru person I was contacting their corporate office about this abd that girl was still running her mouth at me from the other side of the drive thru. I pulled off and left.
