My family and I stopped here for a quick snack before church which is less than a minute from Wendy's. We arrive at 6:55pm which was 35 minutes before time for church. We ordered 4 fries, 4 4-piece nuggets, and 4 small drinks. We decided to go in because the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. We sat there for 20 minutes and waited and I decided to go in to see what was taking sons so long to get the order. This is after we sat outside in the lot beside the drive-thru window and watched only 3 cars pullout after receiving their order, each of which had to pull around and someone had to go in the get something that they left out of the order. When I got inside my son says that they just ordered 5 minutes before I walked in. My sons were filling our drinks and realized that there was no ice in the machine. I asked the drive thru worker for ice and she gave me 4 cubes in a cup. There were only 2 people in front of my sons when they got inside and they were still there waiting on food as well. No one was moving like there was a line around the building, no one was maintaining the dining room which was nasty with dirty tables, dirty floor, no one smiled or apologized for the wait. It was if everyone hated their job and didn't care about the the quality of food they were serving nor did they care about the service they were providing. This location was closed for remodeling a few weeks ago. They should have remodeled the crew to match the building. Needless to say, we didn't get to church until 7:36pm and still hadn't eaten. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but is it wrong to expect to get what you ask for with at least a little respect. I...
Read moreA Disappointing Experience I recently visited Wendy’s and encountered a series of unfortunate events that left me utterly dissatisfied. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:
Order Mishap: I requested an Apple salad without blue cheese, a modification I’ve made in the past without any issues. However, this time, the staff initially refused to accommodate my request. It’s disheartening when consistency isn’t maintained.
Unpleasant Interaction: The lady who took my order engaged in an unnecessary argument. As a customer, I expect respectful communication, especially when expressing a simple preference. Confusion and Delay: The person handling my order seemed lost, initially offering the wrong items. When I finally received my salad, it still had blue cheese on it. I reminded him, and he disappeared into the back for an extended period, leaving me waiting.
Packaging Woes: The lid on my salad was missing, and the fresh sticker looked tampered with. The salad itself appeared wet, and the remnants of blue cheese were unappetizing. It felt like a rushed and careless preparation.
Customer Service Follow-Up: Despite reaching out to corporate, I received no response from the store. Waiting a month without any acknowledgment is disappointing and reflects poorly on Wendy’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
In summary, my recent visit to Wendy’s was marred by poor service, miscommunication, and subpar food quality. As someone who values consistency and respect, I won’t...
Read moreWent through the drive through. The woman taking orders and money was very helpful, super punctual and very polite. Went up to receive my food at the window. The woman there said nothing, just handed me my food.... As I began to exit the drive through I realized I didn't get any sauce. I parked and realized the inside was closed as if was past 10/10:30 (whatever time was listed). Waited for the car at the window to finish and I walked over to the window. Literally the woman that was there, SAW ME, and walked away. 3 other employees walked past the window and did not open the window. One of the cooks came to the window to get a drink, turned and informed others that I was at the window and I'm assuming they told him not to open the window because he continued to make his drink and walk away. It took for the woman at the pay window to see me and speak to someone over the headsets that I was standing outside the window. At this point I had been standing at the window for atleast 5mins when someone decided to walk over to the window..... One of the women who had already seen me and who was likely a manager. I told her I had been standing outside for 5mins and all she said said was "oh, sorry"....... Do better is all I have to say. It's just pretty annoying when I just needed something...
