Well let me see, went through drive through asked a simple question was it lunch or breakfast let’s start there! Was not greeted the response was yea not yes it’s lunch time by the girl that forgot her line and got cut from the move X-men with that terrible PINK costume wig gotten out of the little girls Halloween 👻 costume from DOLLAR STORE! Her attitude was like her hair should have been working supposedly greeting customers during which no one else was there at the time so I decided to go inside… next

The young lady that took my order I asked was she the manager she said kindly no ma’am she called the manager! Her name is ALYSSA. Very pleasant taking my order which I ordered to eat in and a biggie bag to go she said to me do you want to wait until you’re done eating and I will bring that to you when you’re ready just let me know. Alyssa is the only good thing at this location. Thank you for knowing how to defuse the situation with your professionalism and kindness!🌸💯🤩ALYSSA deserves the managers position!! SOMEONE SEND HER FOR MANAGERS TRAINING whatever she needs bc that’s what makes a great leader no matter how the others act like the back of a donkeys 🫏 behind ALYSSA is why a person would give this location another chance the Only reason! Thank you ALYSSA!🤩

Moving on…… once Alyssa called the manager to the front here comes from the back with a terrible look on her face. Which stunned me bc I thought she was late for her real job at the state fair!! 😂💯 this person came out and volged on me by turning into a vessint if any of you as watch the show GRIMM then you know what I am talking about. VERY RUDE DIDNT SEEM TO CARE THAT HER mini me at the drive through greet paying customers as such! Next she calls mystic the pink wig Halloween 🎃 not until the end of the month 31st by say li lady. I have NEVER 👎 felt so angry but as a woman a person I held my composure my mom taught me better. As for a manager whomever her higher up is are you sure or were you awake when you put that face in front of Wendy’s! Honest this is the first and ONLY Wendy’s I have ever been to that the service and food was scary right month though for that part right😂! That locations should be called SPOOKY 👻 WENDYS WITH THE BEST HALLOWEEN COSTUMES of the year with those 2 working you get the NEW SPOOKY BACON PIECESNATOR😂💯

To sum this up ALYSSA was very polite and gave a 10 ⭐️ customer service working with ghost and a goblin I feel she did very good being scared of the goblins.

Had to do drive thru due to my friend and I get off work after 11pm. Anyways, the line is long but shorter than the other 2 options. It was not the best decision we have made in a while. When we finally make it to the speaker to order, we guess the head set died. Instead of letting up know she was having trouble hearing us she has us there repeatedly saying "Hello we wasn't done ordering. We need to finish our order" Lady at window finally starts throwing her arms out the window wanting us to pull there, after all the other cars in front of us had left the parking lot. When we pulled to window that is when she said: "I knew they were dying but anyway was the 4 for $4 with Coke all you need? " We finished the our order, which consisted of: * 1-4 for $4 with a Coke as drink and Honey Mustard sauce. ** 1-4 for $4 with a Sprite as drink and Honey Mustard sauce.

• 1- Small Chilli with crackers and a order of Spicy Nuggets and Barbeque sauce. Rather easy order you would think. After she gave him his totally, she was handed the money but before it got put into register I was held in her had and she offers us a drink that was a overmade. Once we accepted the drink she was still holding the money and basically using it as a pointer. We accepted it thinking 2 other drinks where coming out. Well.....then after about 15 minutes another lady appears in the window, she is followed by the lady that took our order. We are only handed 3 brown bags. 1st Bag- Included: Chilli with crackers and then ONLY 2 Spicy Chicken Nuggets ** 2nd & 3rd Bags- Included: Jr cheeseburger, medium fries, 4 nuggets. What was wrong: *Missing a Sprite drink. **NO napkins anywhere. *Bowl of Chili was filled up over 1/2 way but not near 3/4 and no spoon . ** 2-Spicy Nuggets.
• All the Sauces that we reguested. ** Burgers so cold that the cheese wasn't melted but you could actually lift cheese to count the 2 small rings of onions and pickle saturated in ketchup or Mustard. ( 1 burger had ketchup and the other one had mustard but they was orders to be the same.
• The original nuggets where so small to look at. This was because they where so dried out and cold. I tried to eat one and I couldn't bend it or even bite it. ** Fries was at least room temperature. This is stike 3 in my book. I am to the point where they will literally have to pay me or they want to sign papers making me owner of entire franchise. Stopped by this location this morning for breakfast (12/14/21) The lady at the window was rude beyond words. I asked for a #9 entree by itself, and asked her to add on a small coke. Most people would understand this as the opposite of a combo, meaning the sandwich by itself. However, she tells me to pull up to the 2nd window without any questions so I assume she understood my order. I get to the window and she tells it’s $2.39, I think to myself that’s impossible for a sandwich and drink. But rather than arguing with her I ask her what she had on my order and she tells me a plain biscuit and coke. I politely tell her that I had the number nine sandwich and a Coke. She then slams the window and goes to get a coworker. She has the window open talking with me and her coworker is standing behind her. After I had politely corrected my order to her before she slammed the window she comes back To the window to rudely asked me so what do you want? Do you want the combo? Or the sandwich? Again I state that I had ordered a number nine entrée by itself add on a small Coke. She then looks at her coworker and starts laughing saying when did we start selling entrees? What is a entrée? However she’s not asking me this she’s asking her coworker as a joke. This ordinary interaction turned unprofessional and rude in a matter of a few seconds when she went to get her coworker to create a spectacle. As she is mocking me and laughing with her coworker, I asked her if she had charged my card and she said no then I grab my card from her. She is then laughing and telling me to have a good day and I left. Again this was a simple interaction that could have been easily corrected however she did the absolute most at 9am.
