No words to describe Jen. Just read all the reviews below & that should tell you enough. She screamed in my face for having a drink outside BUT it was in between the two parts of the club behind the entrance. She is a disgusting human being & needs her disgusting bar taken down, same with their liquor license seeing as everyone who drinks there is underage. She has the nastiest attitude on planet earth. It is a real shame she runs that place. It could be super fun if management was better. Too bad its not! I personally have heard SEVERAL stories about racially profiling customers & racially motivated words towards people of color. I’m a longtime fifth goer and have always had a wonderful time. Tonight I was profiled for something I didn’t do and they were unable to give me a reasonable explanation. If you needed to get people to leave to get more people in you can just ask. However instead I’ve been accused of “grabbing an employees [butt]” when I was in a small group with my friends the entire time. I tried being respectful and apologized for any accidental brush ups but I know for a fact that is not something I would do especially when im in the least crowded area possible to avoid incidents like this. My first two years attending ECU I loved fifth Street all my friends would go there ! they had the best priced drinks and we loved dancing on the stage! I’m not sure if they had a management change or what but fifth Street has completely gone down the drain The best part about fifth Street ( the stage ) got turn into a VIP section that nobody uses and the new dress code policy is very prejudice !!! I understand the banning of Things that can be considered gang paraphernalia but banning joggers and Jordans is just absurd and targets mostly people of color.
