Wingstop — Restaurant in Greenville

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered about $60 worth of Wingstop. Had it delivered to me at a specific time. & let me just add my door dasher was the sweetest lady and did everything she could help me out and make it right. So 5 stars for her. S/O to Cassy❤️ but back to this location. They forgot over half of my food items and even told my dasher they double checked, there was no way. Who doesn’t give any ranch? This location acts like it comes out of there paychecks. I ordered over 35+ wings and not One single ranch including the large ranch I ordered and didn’t receive. I attempted to call this location 3 times and never got an answer any time. I reached out to DoorDash support and also Wingstop support (as I ordered on the app) after over an hour I finally was able to speak with someone that claims they are issuing me a refund for all the missing items. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from them and only had a good experience 1 time. I will NEVER order from this location again or the one in Greenville. I would never personally eat here. I picked up a Door Dash order for a customer. As always the food was not ready. As I waited, another person was there waiting for their door dash order. Not sure what happened with the drink confusion however the guy that worked there instead of making new ones proceeded to get a straw peel back the tag on the cups and proceeded to take a sip of both of them with the same straw to see what drink was what. Why no just make new ones?? I was so amazed that he had the audacity to drink out of a paying customers drink!!! All I kept thinking was all the nasty backwash that just went back into that drink. He proceeded to close and tape it back and handed the drinks to the door dash person to take. I think I saw what I needed to see from this location. Yall order from here if yall want to but I sure as hell am not going to risk contracting some sort of disease!!!

WORST wingstop ever!!!! Ordered online called the store 10 times to make a change to the order no one answered the phone!!! Pickup time was 8:39pm got there at 8:40pm. Food was cold literally everything was cold!!! WORST customer service I have ever received, front desk lady last night was just terrible!!! If she does want to work just quit!!! There is no urgency to fix anything wrong it's absolutely sad. Front desk lady was soooo rude and ignorant!!!
