Hi, everyone im writing this review on behalf of my lovely wife and the our experience at arby’s and especially to. Arby’s corporate 😀. 1. I would like to say to everyone who reads this this place needs to be boycotted ❗️❗️❗️. 2. Im sure its a franchise so to whom it is that is buy or has bought this place . Because of the on going unprofessional business you have employed. I hope no one spends a penny at this place ❗️❗️❗️ 3. It’s unbelievable how many of the employees that I have ran into that doesn’t work there anymore but were the absolutely respectful employees I met there ❗️❗️❗️❗️4. Corporate ,area manager and store manager. Why do you greet people female/male with hi “darling “ that is so disrespectful long story short the caucasian young lady that basically works at night is very disrespectful unprofessional and plainly told my wife and I that she is the manager and she runs this how she wants to all over asking could we have our sandwiches cut in half. So we asked for information to contact higher up she blow our question off and started talking about some other stuff that had nothing to do with our question. Yes we have been back just to make sure we have facts like im sorry we can’t cut your sandwich because we don’t have knives but yet what my wife ordered the sandwich was cut very nicely 🤔 so last but not least I stopped by on my way home one night ordered our food and 💥 boom 💥 boom 💥 in and out of drive-through before I could even stop at the window. Same young lady alone with the gentleman who’s face is covered with hair and completely un covered also our food was ice cold and I wasn’t even out the parking lot. Ao just so you know that you need to make a decision if you’re money is worth going down the drain because this young lady store manager is absolutely making it and believe me you will get boycotted because this is unacceptable So FIX it AsAp ty…. Also no harm meant nor disrespect but if my review is not here everyday until this matter is handled properly business you...
Read moreWell, to be honest, I am 59 years old, and I am still in love with the years gone by. There was a time when Arby's was one of my favorite places to go. They had 5 regular Arby's roast beef sandwiches for $5.00. Now honestly, time has passed, and everything now costs more, but the regular Arby's roast beef sandwich has way less roast beef than ever. A sliver of roast beef is hardly a sandwich, which leaves you with two pieces of bread, which can be yours today, for a over-priced amount of money. In today's world, Arby's thinks that it has to compete with the entire world for customers. They are selling everything except new cars. You can even purchase special coffee drinks ( which really doesn't work out so great with a Starbucks right across the street). For my part (Corporate Executives Pay Attention), I go to Arby's to get roast beef, not chicken, or fish, or fruity drinks, or an autographed something by someone. Just roast beef. The thing that made you famous. JUST DO ROAST BEEF. You do it very well, but I don't feel like paying outrageous prices for your miniscule roast beef sandwich so that you can cover the losses on all of the other stuff that you are trying to push. I used to feed my family often at Arby's, but the truth is that now I hardly can afford to feed myself there. You may say that your prices are comparable to your competitors, but when I look at my one little slice of roast beef on a hamburger bun, I kind of tend to disagree. I know, I don't have to eat at Arby's, but if they don't change either their prices or their business practices, they will be a whole lot of people who won't be eating there before...
Read moreNow, i normally love Arby's with a passion. As far as to argue with others that it may be some of the top fast food around. I had an absolutely terrible experience. From the start, the drive-thru took about 25-30 minutes to get through including ordering time. Their shake machine was down ,which she kinda just shouted through the mic, and i feel she could have just been nicer about it. Like okay, obviously, having a rough day. I get it but then i get to the window. I pay with cash and let the cashier know that we didn't need the change as we know there is a coin shortage right now. He hands us our drinks. We wait. And we wait. And a lady, presumably the manager, pops up and says give me your receipt. I said "i never got a receipt. Is there a problem?" And she turns and shuts the window and just stands there with her back turned for about 4 minutes before turning around with a crinkled bag in her hand. I say thanks but not before the window hit shut in front of me. Now, we were patient for one. We gave extra as we didn't wanna inconvenience anyone further for change. And she was completely rude. This is what makes old and first time customers never go back to any location. All because some angry manager on Rutherford road wanted to take out her bad day on a customer. On top of all that we ordered sweet tea for a long ride and it turns out she handed us unsweet. Didn't even have a receipt to go to your...
