We've visited this establishment many times over the past 10+ years we've lived in Greenville. The past year or so, the overall quality of this restaurant has gone downhill to the point that I would not recommend anyone go here.
The past few months, there have been several issues, but tonight was the one of the worst visits we've had at this location. The owners of this establishment need to do something about this location to turn it around otherwise it might as well close. We will not be going back anytime soon.
Tonight the issues were: Very slow service. Although the guy who took our order in the restaurant, Elijah, was very nice. Getting our food took a long time and then once they called our name, they just put the tray on the counter and ignored us for several minutes while we waited to ask for sauce packets (there wasn't any ketchup in the dispenser on the counter and we had already requested mayonnaise, which wasn't on the tray).
Hazardous conditions. The floor was super slippery and it wasn't from being wet. It felt as if the entire floor had been mopped with greasy, oily water. The drink machine was overflowing with water/soda that had spilled onto the floor in front of it and the only thing staff had done was to put a "floor is wet" sign in the middle of the puddle. Half the floor in front of the drink machine was wet.
Drinks - they did not taste right. The previous time we were there, some of the drinks were low on syrup. The time before that, the entire drink machine was out of commission.
Sauce dispensers - not properly maintained/refilled. Sometimes they have sauce, but most of the time they do not, so then you have to ask for sauce packets. Tonight, some of the sauces were out.
Bathrooms - the woman's bathroom had a toilet overflowing with water leaking onto the floor and the other toilet wouldn't flush. Another hazard.
Food - the fries were hot and fresh. The classic roast beef sandwiches had as much roast beef on them as a slider. They were out of tomatoes, which happens sometimes, but it just added to the whole experience tonight.
There seems to be an overall lack of care and concern amongst the employees who work here, including any shift leads (if there are any). We love Arby's food and this location is the closest to us, but we will drive the extra distance to the one on Firetower Road from now on, as we have had way better...
Read moreI should have known when it took me saying hello twice after sitting in drive thru for 5 minutes with no hey how you doing, hold on, anything. I ordered The good burger just the sandwich and mozzarella sticks(4 ct) I was informed the burger was cooking it would be about 7 minutes. I said ok no problem. Well after waiting at the drive thru window for 10 minutes I was given a bag with my food. The mozzarella sticks must of been ready at time of order. They were so cold cheese I can’t even explain it. They were bad and I didn’t even know it was possible to mess up cheese sticks. Now to the burger. The 6.99 plus tax of burnt. The burger was so burnt on one side. It was so bad at first I removed my bun n checked for bacon 🤢🤢🤢 wasn’t no bacon. Then I realized it was a burnt burger cooked on a dirty grill (meaning they didn’t clean between making the bacon and my burger on the grill top.) The burnt part of the burger was so bad and they saw it, bc they had the nerve to load sauce and all the condiments on the top burnt side. It was terrible. I called multiple times with no answer. And wasn’t just wasting more gas or money to go back bc it was definitely a...
Read moreCan't tell you about the food because I walked out. I was the only one in the store and there was a young man in front of me counting a register. He barely spoke. Also I got there same time another employee clocked in. Saw him walk in put on his apron but didn't notice him was his hands. Young man counting money walked off, talked with another employee in the background and came back. It was about 5pm and I was literally the only one there, drive thru was empty as well. Young man came back counting more money, never acknowledging was I ready to order so I left. I had no intention of going to any place but Arby's but ended up at McDonald's, they were far busier but received outstanding customer service and got my food in a timely manner. Then went to Burger King. Same thing, they were busy, customer service on point and food received in a timely manner. Then to Zaxby's, they were busy, customer service on point and received food with a smile. This is money I intended to spend at Arby's. I'll be fair and try the one on Fire tower Rd but the one on 10th Street that's the last time...
