Overall nice arena...but seats are so close together, you have barley any room to move and you cannot get through the isle without everyone moving including the people sitting in front of you. Went for HS graduation and they had seats reserved that nobody ever set in the whole time and had a whole section blocked off when we definitely could've used the extra room! So the arena itself is nice, but the ones who coordinates the seating needs to reevaluate their theory, whatever that may be.

The William Arena at Minges Coliseum is home of the East Carolina University basketball team. Head coach Michael Schwartz 2022/2023 is currently rebuilding the pirates basketball program. Looking forward to see the pirates in the NCAA tournaments soon. ECU has Basketball Summer camp for a variety of ages to improve basketball skills and performance.

Poor internal crowd control for graduation ceremony. Unable to take photographs or see graduates clearly because people were standing in the aisles. Called ECU police and requested someone be dispatched for crowd control. They arrived and requested persons leave the aisle and find a seat. Parking and traffic control...
