I did not want to give any stars, I brought my 65 inch Samsung in and told them my issues with the tv. Tv worked the left side of the screen had different colors, I was able to use all apps just needed to get it fixed. The screen was not broken. I delivered the tv to the man named Ron he did not plug the tv up, or diagnose the issues then. I paid $75. I left the tv with them for about a week or two. Ron called and only stated that the cost of the repair would be more than the tv is worth. The day of picking up the tv Ron was not there another associate brought the tv to the car and stated that the tv had a cracked screen and should have not even been dropped off. He then tells me to contact Ron he will be the only person that could fix the issue because he is the one that logged the tv in. I called Ron and he told me that he was not sure and needed to contact me after he speaks to the tech that worked on the tv. He would call back before 7pm. This happened Monday March 2 2022. Did not speak with Ron until March the 4th, I asked him what are the procedures that are done when products are dropped off, he tells me that they are suppose to plug them in a give an initial diagnoses and then they will take a deeper look at it and give you a call back in a week. After that Ron wanted to argue about the previous phone conversation, my only issue Is the break down with techs and management not taking the initial diagnostic and then my tv was in there possession and now is broken. I am more than satisfied with the attention to detail, knowledge and personal attention I received from this no frills company. I, for one, appreciate no frills and to the point. Add knowledge of technological repairs. What more could one ask for? Dropped it off on Thursday. It was ready on Saturday.
